Today sure, but China is on track to make more solar per year - than the whole of the USA needs by 2030. This is not a small thing - this is huge. As in China could go fully green - next decade AND have mutiple times more power than any other country. You know, the soon to be biggest issue for AI growth or in many heavy industries....

same thing. It's just a tool. Not using it - is like saying - are you always going to have a calculator on you. And today - the answer is YES. Not using it - means your not training students to use the tools they have TODAY. So they will be unqualified to go forward... sounds bad. for the cavement out there - it would be like building a house with no manmade tools saying - just use your hands, but here are the nails - so go use a rock or something.

The EU has made is so hostile to computer companies - that all the talent moved away - to the USA.SO, to get it back/keep it - you need to change MANY laws and rules so that it makes it attractive to have a software company in the EU. This is a great thought, but the system is not currently setup for this - and the speed in which the EU is moving... it would take decades for this to change and then decades to actually build it. Not a short term solution, this is a very very very long term thing - VERY worthwile, but long.

hehe, it's worse. Insurnace companies - worldwide - all get their insurance from re-insurance - which goes up a few levels. Basically EVERYONES insurance is insured by a bigger company and another bigger company - for worst case senerios. So all insurance is shared when it hits the fan - so we all pay for WORLDWIDE issues that are big enough to need it. What is going to happen, and is happening is - no insurance for weather events in many areas. And higher rates - for everything, for everyone, everywhere. weee.....
