We need a country to do this - as it will blow up in their faces right away. Like day 1 - ops, 1/2 the internet is now blocked as they cannot "verify your age" or - hacked right away, with all of the people working in the government - having all of their data open for everyone to see. wtf are you talking about? When many internet things came out - they were overpriced BS and people that were not emprise level could not afford it. Example - networking - you used to pay for the software and hardware AND each node you wanted to connect (users) and it was like 1k - in the f'ing 80's PER user connected (BNC connectoins) We started pirating DAY 1. Back in the dos days. back when games could not stop anyone from coping the disks so you had to have decoders (code wheels and every other type of physical decoder) - I did this before windows 3.1, more like dos 2/3 ish.

They should just make sure that - they don't use too much of the water (normal business amount) that does not affect people in a meaninful way - there are many ways to do this. As well as - make sure that Energy will not go up for anyone if installed - so enough cheap - RENEWABLE energy is created to power it (it is faster to build renewables than to build the dataceters, so very easy). Can confirm that age watches that. The bigger reason is basic af - it's FREE vs paid. And that age group has no extra money for anything. Want people to do other things? - give them the money and time to be free enough to do it.
