Chacham's Journal: Slashdot Duplicates Story

Slashdot a "news" site that dub itself "news for nerds", copied a story right from my journal. They even changed the words and claimed that someone else submitted it. The original post can be found here.

I wouldn't be surprised to see it happen, but I don't think this is the case here. Many people on Slashdot (supposedly half a million of us) read similar sites. So it's not unusual for someone to have read that New Scientist article and submitted it.

Plenty of things to get pissed about on this site. Not sure this is in the running.
