Sounds like this piece is less about passenger safety and more about throwing shade at Airbus. Funny how the article zeroes in on the A320neo while glossing over the fact that almost every modern aircraft (except the 787) uses the same bleed-air system. If this was really about systemic safety issues, Boeing, Embraer, and everyone else would be in the spotlight too but instead, the narrative is laser-focused on Airbus loosening maintenance requirements. Convenient angle for Boeing, considering their own long list of problems lately.

Intel had the same issues but took the blame on themselves. AMD should be taking the fall for this. AsRock isn't rolling around in money like AMD is. AsRock actually assembles and makes products, AMD just has their chips made under contracts.

You need an ingot of lead free, I don't think leaded solder "cries" when bent, you need a pretty thick bar, I would get the effect with solder spills that were 1/4 inch thick or something. Whole solder bars work better.

That's exactly what I thought, the high purity of the alloy + the fact there is no oxygen in there might be similar to what the article describes. at least makes sense to me.

You can bend an ingot of lead free solder many times and it doesn't crack, it feels like it's cracking, it even makes a sound, but cracks don't appear.
