I used to occasionally get 5 points. Nowadays I get 10. Is this some sort of a bug? I finally have enough power to abuse the system and downmod based on opinion! Oh joy!

Yeah, I just got 10 mod points today as well. Is this a policy change? Or maybe something special for people with high karma?
