I think it will be a good option for a lot of suburban truck owners. I have a Tundra and love it, but only need it to be a truck on the weekends to haul my dirtbike and/or 7x14 enclosed trailer. Would love not buying gas for the daily commutes to work, or having to buy a separate car for commuting.

They standard is that you keep what you had going into it, and you split what you made while married. The idea being in many cases the Woman staying home and giving up her career and future earning power so they can have kids. I totally agree that if you don't fit that traditional arrangement then a different prenuptial arrangement should be made. Where it gets dicey is when it comes to stock ownership in a company. When suddenly the major shareholder and ultimate decision maker changes. In these cases I think the deal should be the spouse, or former spouse gets half of the money at the time of sale. but of course even this is tricky as these major stock holders have many ways to monetize their stocks without actually selling them.

They have the data. Did these guys miss the most basic concept of economics "there is no such thing as a free lunch"? These technology companies aren't running at a loss so they are producing value. They are monetizing the user data. Look at how much these companies are making and you got your value. Not even mentioning the increasing prices the US is paying for internet access.

If your company is only focused on making profit, your products will suffer and a competitor who is focused on deviling the best product for the lowest price will win. Take a small restaurant that turns into a chain then into a fast food chain. They build a reputation by offering high quality food but as they grow they try to save money by having more processed food, mixing more filler into their hamburgers, etc. until their reputation changes from good food to only-for-profit garbage and people go to the next local start up that is selling good food.
