I use my quest3 as a 10' 4k monitor that I can use out on the deck. It's not perfect, but it's very usable. I was hoping apple would hit this out of the park, but nope.
Nobody wants that thing hanging off their face, especially when they can get a quest for 1/7th the cost without the power brick.
I thought apple was supposed to understand product design.
Customers pay companies to produce oil, and then customers burn it.
Don't whine to me about how this is a conspiracy to shift blame on to the consumer. The consumer is the one that drives the whole process and creates emissions.
Nothing will stop the oil companies if we keep giving them trillions of dollars for oil that we burn.
Stop. Buying. Oil.
Who buys burns the fuel?
Their customers
Will the emissions stop if the customers stop burning the fuel.
Yes.
Will they continue to produce the fuel if customers stop buying it?
No.
I know a lot of you are itching to tell me about how this is all a plot by big oil to trick people into taking responsibility for the fuel they purchase and burn. Don’t bother.
The oil companies will keep selling it as long as we buy it. Emissions will happen for as long as we keep burning the fuel.
And no, you don’t need to drive to Costco for the 3rd time this week.
