That some women are is great, and all barriers to their careers should be removed. Imagine if Facebook had been around when the great minds of human history had been making great advances in science, philosophy, democracy, human rights, medicine, exploration... They might have instead wasted their time on... all the pointless garbage people now pour billions of hours into each week and wonder where the time went while thinking modern life is soooo busy.
