I'm glad I'm not the only one that thinks of the bed-sheet-fart when reading dutch oven. It always takes me a moment to realize that it's just a fancy pot.
I used to do similar, but with no-doze, and it worked well most of the time. The downside was that if I didn't wake up in 15-20 minutes, I had some really freaky dreams.
That's why they make toasters with bagel and a defrost options. Of course, you have to remember to cut it before you freeze it.
Not that it changes your underlying point, but the main reason Koreans don't sleep with the fan on is not because it causes heart attacks, but because it either a) sucks the air out of the room, or b) chops up the air such that they cannot breathe. Both lead to suffocation, and death, but the "reason" ro different. Doesn't make it any less crazy, though.

I agree with you, but the security training does say otherwise. You're supposed to not say yes or no, then report it, and do what you're told, which may or may not include a sting operation.
One issue. You agreed to the deal, and therefore you would lose your clearance and job.
They ride on military satellites, run by the Army. Seeing as how they use frequencies licensed to the government, I'm not sure he would be able to just buy something off the shelf to even access them.
