I bought a Quest 2 a few years ago, because I'm interested in the technology. It actually has a lot of cool tech packed in a small package. But it's been collecting dust for a while now. I haven't used it in almost a year... the last time I pulled it out was when I got Covid and was self isolating. It's surprisingly comfortable to watch Netflix on a virtual big screen while laying in bed, but you really have to struggle with the software to get it to let you. It really doesn't like it when you're lying down.
Other than that, there's a real paucity of content, and the games on there are unequivocally novelty toys. There are lots of ways it can improve... Better resolution, refresh rate, more lightweight... but I don't think any of those would really get me to buy another one. It's clear the product hasn't found its legs. VR remains a solution in search of a problem.
It's what everyone does. Copying isn't a problem until you're successful, at which point it's not a problem.
How is Raspberry Pi hardware bespoke? That's about as generic as you can get.
Every smart device manufacturer is a walled garden, how is Wyze any different? They're priced fairly, at least.
Disclaimer: I use 3 Wyze cameras with no cloud subscription and find them adequate.

Interesting technology. Maybe this is the process they're referring to?

Honestly it seems crude, but it might be the best option right now. I haven't heard of any other carbon sink that is actually practical (and not a scam).
I think the situation is a little different. History never really repeats itself.
Especially Spin Master... all their products are cheap junk.
3 megawatts to power chargers for a warehouse? Jesus! Where is all this power coming from?
Yes, now they've almost all merged back together. And they've adapted.
I recently installed Windows 11 from scratch and while it doesn't let you skip the Microsoft account right away, I just enter "nobody@example.com" with a random password. When it fails to log in, Microsoft then grudgingly gives you the option to skip that step and create a local account.
Does anyone actually think "inspired by real-life events" means anything?
I thought it was commonly accepted that it's about as meaningless as "once upon a time."
What?
Indonesia and the Philippines, probably.
The thing is, nobody needs to (or wants to) actually move to India to take their jobs, so they won't need to bother scamming for visas.
