Unless you are saturating the coffee with sugar, you're not going to come close to 10% of your recommended calories from putting sugar in your coffee. (Ok, if you put 3 teaspoons per coffee and have 4 coffees per day, you get there. That's a lot of coffee, and disgustingly sweet)
