generally like SBC (he's generally likable) and do not like Zuck (he's generally unlikable) but this is a really dumb thing to put out there. Should the government take over snapchat? what about Match? Why not just let the government control even more of the internet? They do a great job with everything. Assume this was a tongue in cheek thing, but the punchline is lost on me.

This is a win win. If you actually have something to say to this guy I bet he pays attention to it. I only wish I was high up enough on the proverbial food chain to get away with such a policy. In the meantime I'll continue to wallow in a sea of unnecessary emails and waste precious time doing so.

It says rival not competitor for what it's worth. They attempted to license their technology, it was not purchased and then suddenly fitbit releases their own version of similar technology. Regardless of success, it's a seemingly valid complaint of patent violation and this nonsense happens all the time and big companies with big lawyers get away with it.

She ransomed herself! Well sure, man. Look at it... a young telemarketing company, in the parlance of our times, you know, and she, uh, uh, owes money all over town! including to known pornographers, and that's cool... that's, that's cool, I'm, I'm saying, she needs money, man. And of course they're going to say that they didn't get it, because... she wants more, man! She's got to feed the monkey, I mean uh... hasn't that ever occurred to you, man? Sir?
