I don't want that, but fact is, for example, the USA of 'murica is monitoring overseas bank transfers of Europeans. Thanks to the politicians of course who agreed with that shit. Also there was a band in London that made video clip from the cctv recordings in public spaces. How many more examples do you want?

But when we're talking about "Capitalism works great for non-critical, non-infrastructure goods and services", having 12Mbits/sec bandwidth to watch netflix of a phone is not on my list of critical goods and services that need to be protected from "free market influence".
Is 12Mbits/sec on a phone nice? You decide. But critical? Most definitely not.

Tell the big pharmas they can make more money by eliminating this *cough* competition.
Let them go after the spammers.
Better still. Let the pharmas outsource that to the terrorists of music industry.
They REALLY know how to deal with the internet.
Or at least how to demolish it.
And spam is a part of the internet I would LOVE to see demolished.

As inventor, life gets more interesting. Just publish your inventions.
If somebody files a patent that involves your invention, tell them you want your share of the money or you'll have their patent invalidated by prior art.

Oh, and tell them win-win and Ying Yang as well :)
