I'm on Verizon and I'm no fan of their crippling and putting BREW on their normal phones. I had the Razr for awhile and one of the first things I did to it was flash the firmware to the Alltel version to get rid of the nasty Verizon firmware.

But I recently got a Blackberry Curve and I'm not aware of much that's crippled on here, and there's no BREW. I was skeptical at first but I tried out the phone they had in the store and read up online a bit and I was suprised. I don't think they cripple their smartphones much, if at all.

The only thing that I have noticed is that they won't allow the GPS to work with Google Maps, but I can use it with the Blackberry Maps program (free, I'm not signed up for VZ Navigator). I did read that they allowed Google Maps to work on the Storm but I don't know if they're going to extend that their other Blackberry models.

Other than that I can do as much on this phone as any other Blackberry. Easy to load software to it. I've loaded an SSH program, an AIM program (doesn't use SMS, so it's part of the data plan), Opera, and Google Maps does work but only gets an estimated location from the cell towers. I have no problems using it as a mass storage device when I plug it in to my computer either.

and for on topic: I've never heard of that court case but it doesn't seem much different than just clicking through. The only thing it adds is forcing you to scroll the box but they still write them legalese that slowly drives you insane.

But the nice part about Squared is you can add and remove any results you want, as well as columns of information.

You can also choose from various values for each data point, though at the moment this part seems a little limited. It would be nice to able select from more choices (maybe dynamically added as requested like other parts of the app).

My first thoughts after trying a few of the example searches on the main page are that it seems to be aimed a bit at Wolfram Alpha. It isn't as broad as Wolfram Alpha but it is focused on giving back data sets instead of a list of search results.

I think you mean Network Solutions, and I'm not sure they do it anymore. Like my sibling poster, I've also dealt with godaddy and haven't had any problems. In fact, it seems the president of GoDaddy is outwardly against the idea and was calling for it to end.

If the dollar is so insignificant then the game developer shouldn't have a problem refunding it either. The fact they're even bothering to ask for a refund of 99 cents says something about what they thought of the product.

Ask the customer what they didn't like or what they want to see improved. Try to make a better game instead of just bitching that the customer is a cheap idiot and that your game is perfect, unable to be improved upon.
