Or you can just juggle discs on the PS4, while Xbox One users can play another game while waiting for players to join one multiplayer games. Atleast with the Xbox One, if you have a bunch of games, you needn't go to the trouble of changing the disc inside the console everytime to verify you're not a criminal when you try to play the games you pay for. Why have a 500GB disc if you have to insert disc everytime to play?
