This is one of the reasons I left Sprint. I gave them two years (bought an EVO 4G the day they came out) and they did nothing but change for the worse.

It was like like Lucy holding the football for Charlie Brown. Well I'm no Charlie Brown, you can only yank the ball away from me once ... maybe twice. ;-)

Let the consumer decide. Provide each customer with bundle and a la carte options. That way they know what each channel costs and can choose accordingly. It isn't like the technology doesn't exist to offer this. We canceled cable/sattelite almost a year ago. Services like Netflix and Hulu+ along with the Internet are just fine for our needs.

People and corporations ned to be accountable. No more hiding behind a corporate identity. The fact is corporations are made up of people. People making decisions and people taking actions. The people that made the decision to break the law as well as those that did the law breaking should do jail time. The corporation should also be significantly punished (most likely monetary).

Actually there is one other big disadvantage with a single bar. When you are not focused on an application you can't see its menus. I usually have a few apps on screen at once and it would be really annoying to have to select one before being able to see its menu, let alone select an item from it.

THIS! Even after using a Mac for years I still can't stand the single menu design. Don't expect them to fix it anytime soon though. They still have a single button mouse enabled by default.
