But MS was forced to do this by a judge, as 'punishment.'

The relief measures consisted of, amongst other things, giving Windows away to schools for free, so a new generation would grow up with Windows and bring MS lots of profit in the long run.

But MS is THE pure play vendor of the pure play vendors. They've been doing this since Windows 95 AFAIK.

I can't stand managment drivel. It makes me angry. I live in the Netherlands, but all managers here use that horrible English-sounding mumbo jumbo.
