What runs "Google built-in"?
It is the new name for Google's Android Automotive O/S.

I'll just leave this here. You're welcome.
About 90% of them would have almost no issue switching to an EV today. All it would take is installing a car charger at home, and I suspect even then, most of them could do 110V charging.
90% of the folks who will do Level 2 charging, at home, with 220V outlet will not need a "charger".
Most EVs come with an EVSE (electric vehicle supply equipment), which you can plug into a NEMA 14-50 outlet and get decent charging speed. You need a "charger" installed at home, if you want fancy features, like Time-Of-Use charging (especially if your car doesn't provide scheduled charging features), WiFi control of charging, fancy usage graphs, etc. In some cases, a hard-wired charger installation will also give you extra amperage, beyond the capabilities of the car supplied EVSE.
Instead of keeping their engineers focused on optimizing the code base around features related to stability and safety, at least, some partial effort will now be wasted on gaming.
It is one thing to have infotainment, but why waste human power and computing power on frivolous features.
I'll leave this here for you:

Not quite as convenient as just sorting by size, but to find all files larger than 10MB, search for:
in:all size:10000000
Adjust as appropriate.
Use https://www.findbigmail.com/. It will find your top 20, will label > 10MB and will label > 5MB. It uses OAuth and will only ask for one-time permission and will remove the token after using it.
Try it while it is free. https://www.findbigmail.com/fa...

You may want to look up the meaning of the word "generally".
Or you could try scrolling further down on the page you linked, to where it says:
"Citizens of Canada and Bermuda do not require visas to enter the United States, for visit, tourism and temporary business travel purposes"
You may think and it feels like you don't require a visa, but trust me as a Canadian who travels somewhat frequently to the US, you *do* get a rubber-stamp temporary visa.
You might think you didn't get it or need it.

And this $100 phone is available in the stores with manufacturer's warranty in case of defects?
I have a $170 phone from Xiaomi, but I cannot pretend that it did not take a few weeks to arrive via non-air mail and I'm skeptical about having to send back to the manufacturer in case of defects.
Is it good value for money? Yes.
Try the beta. It seems to be doing a lot better with CPU usage. Memory usage might still be an issue (I have 16G so I don't care).
Stock is near it's 52-week high.
The only thing it is lacking is an SD card. My phone will do 2 terabytes but my tablet is stuck at 32gb.
I use my 2013 Nexus 7 daily and use the OTG cable on a weekly basis (for backups and transferring large amount of data from USB flash drives).
Also recently, I bought a 32G USB3/OTG combo drive when it was on sale.
