    Positive: Tawk.to is the best free live chat software that I’ve ever utilized. It allows for unlimited users and unlimited chats.

    Summary: It's good if you need a free tool. But I wouldn't pay for it though but that's me. There's better options.

    Positive: They have a free tier that works well. But i wasn't a fan of it with the lack of options available.

    Negative: Very simple tool. Need more customizable visual options.
