    The ideal tool for sharing files for any need

    Summary: I would easily advise ownCloud to local companies or groups within organizations. I didn't actually use ownCloud on major releases, so I would certainly hesitate before suggesting it in a scenario where more people need help. That said, ownCloud is very easy to set up and also several circumstances can be used to suit a large individual base.

    Positive: In our working study group, we use ownCloud for cloud services, such as data synchronization along with data sharing, also huge files, with other members of the group. It allows us to keep files and also share them between different individuals, as well as having our own individual folders. We don't worry about not remembering documents, because we can always connect via the internet to retrieve them.

    Negative: The more data OwnCloud has, the slower it appears to be. Seeing the data inside OwnCloud can be really problematic, as I really found that other tools are much friendlier to find what I'm looking for.
