Summary: My experience with ACI Learning was genuinely positive. It delivered way more value than I expected, and it didn’t feel like I was just checking boxes to get a certificate. The platform feels thoughtfully designed, with real-world application in mind. I’d highly recommend it to professionals who want focused, practical learning without wasting time. It’s helped me sharpen skills I actually use at work — and that’s the biggest win for me.

Positive: One thing that really stood out about ACI Learning was how practical and to-the-point the courses were. I wasn’t drowning in theory — everything felt useful and relevant to real-world tasks. The interface was smooth, and navigating through modules didn’t feel like a chore. I also appreciated the clear learning paths and certifications. The content quality was professional, the instructors knew what they were talking about, and there were real-world examples instead of just textbook concepts. It made learning enjoyable, which is rare for online platforms. Plus, the ability to track progress and download certificates added a nice touch.

Negative: 1. We don't get those Free Weekend Courses anymore!
2. While the platform is strong overall, I did find the mobile experience a little underwhelming. Some of the videos took longer to load. Also, a few courses felt a bit outdated in terms of visual design and could use a refresh to stay engaging. Lastly, I would’ve liked more opportunities for interactive quizzes or scenario-based assessments to really test my understanding. Basically, it would be nice to have some such unique and extra features on the Mobile App.

Summary: Great program. We have been using it for several years and find it to be very beneficial to our team.

Positive: ACI is an easy to use training program that allow Technical Staff to improve their skills when they have free time. They have many basic and advanced training available. The system tracks their progress so easy to do in short intervals. The labs are especially helpful.

The support team is easy to work with and very responsive to questions.

Negative: Nothing bad to say. Very positive experience for us.

Summary: I would definitely recommend myACILearn to any budding IT professional or veteran looking to stay sharp.

Positive: His the nail on the head: MyACILearn was easy to search through and get exactly what I need surprisingly fast. I was doing the AZ800 course and felt that it left no stone unturned.

Negative: Valuable service, although a little pricey for me.

Summary: Great product overall and will definitely be using once I have it within my budget. I’ll be speaking with my administration team to get their insights as well.

Positive: The platform was very user friendly and easy to use and understand. It didn’t take a lot of clicks to get to where I needed to go.

Negative: The cost of the platform isn’t within my budget at the moment but when it is , I’ll be purchasing.

Summary: I would recommend it for IT professionals but not for others. This because of lack of some none-IT functionalities.

Positive: It offers more than 3000 interactive labs that provide practical and real-world experience to training. In addition it gives 18000 training modules within IT and cybersecurity which is my domain of work. It has a lot of capabilities for ex. AI-powered monitoring, customizable learning paths, engaging content delivery, advanced reporting and analytic and many more.

Negative: Limited coverage of non-IT topics which could be necessary for an IT-expert as well. In addition the cost for a large organization will be huge given $599 USD per year per user.

Summary: ACI Learning appears to good training platform with strong content quality and practical learning opportunities.

Positive: Comprehensive certification preparation across multiple IT domains
Hands-on labs that simulate real-world scenarios
Self-paced learning flexibility

Negative: There are no latest tech courses like AI/ML and GenAI

Summary: Overall, I was able to get my Security+ and PenTest+ within 2 months of each other. I have an M.S. in Cybersecurity so I had some background, but the online courses prepared me to pass sufficiently. I was ready to test for CySa but got sidetracked. If I were to return to working on my cybersecurity certifications, this is where I'd come first.

Positive: The well formatted video lectures and accompanying practice exams and labs are really good at delivering the material in bite-sized pieces. It is very easy to schedule a 20-minute block of time out of the day to watch a video on a topic, and progress into covering a domain for a specific certification

Negative: Some of the higher-level certifications, such as CISSP, CASP, and CISA lack labs

Summary: Value for money as long as you can stay disciplined, organized and focused. The platform has a wealth of training content that can build you from a beginner to an expert.

Positive: I have been a fan of ITPRO TV for a long while. I love the top quality training content the provide, the training platform is easy to use and navigate. I am able to track mu training progress pretty easily. Hands on labs are available and assessments to measure readiness for a cert I may be preparing for.

Negative: Well, not that I can think of. I Think Discussion forums would be a good addition where persons studying the same courses can linkup and share or build knowledge and network

Summary: I have learned a lot using this platform. The old ITProTV platform had a lot more features and I hope they continue to build on this platform.

Positive: The course content is really good. The labs are are great for getting hands on experience with the skills.

Negative: The old platform let you build your own courses from all the content they need to bring this back.

Summary: Great to keep up-to-date in the IT realm. I have tried other solutions in the past and they nowhere come even remotely close to the content in ITPROTV.

Positive: Notes, transcripts, virtual labs, test questions. The help provided when having a problem with a virtual lab it very fast.

Negative: The only thing I didn't like is having to wear a headset when Gordon does his lectures. His voice fades out even when I turn my TV up to 30 or higher.

I would recommend that, if other people have the same concern, if Gordon wear a headset to prevent this from happening.

Summary: It was amazing and I’m thankful I found this program sooner than later. As someone who’s tried everything I would rate this 10/10.

Positive: myACI Learn has helped me so much I am so thankful for the opportunity. I’m 35 and and did not think I needed any additional skills but I am thankful for taking the opportunity and growing.

Negative: None at all this is the best learning platform I have used.

Summary: Over all the platform is B+ and I haven't come across anything that is near comparable. I like how it is easy to navigate and the information is up to date.

Positive: I heavily enjoyed the e learning experience. The platform provides easy navigation and resources needed to advance your knowledge. The platform is custom based and has up to date information

Negative: Wish the platform had offline capabilities. The login is a little slow which could deter some users.

Summary: Real solid, i've enjoyed them over the competitor Plural sight.
The quality of the content is the best i've seen, it feels more of a "this old house" vibe where the instructors talk about experiences and share stories while teaching, vs Plural site where it feels nothing but power point and minimal production effort. I'm hoping to see these grow further and it's been a very good platform.

Positive: Solid Content and accurate content that focuses on real world applications of the I.T. Certs.
The student notes are very comprehensive and often have resources linked for more concepts listed outside of the certification you're studying to ensure you have a better idea on what to expect.
The Labs are really solid too, I'm hoping they develop those more from the basic ones they have set up to really challenge and reinforce learning.

Negative: The Labs and some of the Certifications are a bit weak on the learning side, they don't have every Cert you'd be looking for however they cover all of the Comp TIA, IS2 and a few other specialized certs like Microsoft. However, with that said it covers enough to give anyone a solid refresher or a path to expand their career options.,

Summary: Overall very useful learning.

Positive: The information given is very wide and deep. Very suitable for actual implementation.

Negative: Sometimes the pace drops and it is not as engaging.
