Positive: I’ve been using myACI Learn for the past 3 months to strengthen my cybersecurity fundamentals and stay current with industry best practices. As a Security Operations Center (SOC) analyst, I constantly need to keep up with evolving threats, and this platform has been a solid resource in my ongoing learning journey.

The course structure is intuitive and well-organized, which made it easy for me to focus on specific areas like cloud security, SIEM use cases, and threat intelligence. I especially appreciated the real-world case studies and lab-based scenarios that go beyond theoretical knowledge. The content is regularly updated, and it’s evident that the material is created by professionals with hands-on experience.

Summary: I am a student in a formal school and their test prep was send me a link to a test that I could take over and over again. When I could pass the test with a 90% four times in a row then I could schedule the test. The problem is I had moved on to new classes and I was months down the road so my recall was not the best. ACI really let me prep for the exam and refresh on very current material at my pace with spot on material.

Positive: Clarity gained. I am a student in a formal school. ACI explains it better. The examples they use are spot on

Negative: I cannot come up with much criticism right now. The classes are good.

Summary: Great experience and location. It was conveniently located.i like how the online material was able to be used after the class was completed.

Positive: Classes are very flexible and I was able to work and attend classes. Being able to review the courses multiple times was a plus.

Negative: Wish the labs on the parts classes was longer. Wish there were more practice questions.

Positive: I love that it is self paced, easy to follow videos with notes to follow and transcripts! The virtual labs are also a bonus. Having the curriculum based on desired certificates/job roles also is a game changer.

Negative: Have not noticed an update on the A+ certification lessons to match the newer COMPTIA A+ exams that released.

Summary: I learn more from them then most sites. If the price wasn't so high I would buy a yearly subscription.

Positive: They do hands on and you can watch them. I learn more from them then any other site on the internet.

Negative: Price is high compared to other websites. You get what you pay for though good quality.

Summary: I will definitely say that this team is absolutely incredible and they are the ones that give you hope and believe yourself when you didn’t have anyone else to lean on.

Positive: Customer service and staff with their passion on wanting to help. The program is a challenge but if you are a warrior and got fight in you to accomplish, you got it!

Negative: There can be some ups and down with the courses but there are plenty of resources to help you
