Summary: Eurekos has enabled us to deliver recertification training to a large number of users, with anywhere from 10,000 to 50,000 learners requiring recertification each year. It has also become the central platform where we can bring together all of our e-learning content, replacing multiple providers and allowing us to manage all courses in one place.
What stands out most is the platform's flexibility and ability to adapt to our needs. Whenever we have faced a challenge, there has always been a solution. Regular product updates continuously introduce valuable features, and we are often pleasantly surprised by how many of our requirements can already be handled within the platform.
When we have needed additional support, help has always been readily available. If a solution was not immediately obvious, the team worked closely with us to find or develop one. Overall, Eurekos has proven to be a reliable, scalable, and highly adaptable platform that supports both our organization and our customers effectively.Positive: The main reason we chose Eurekos when searching for a new LMS was its intuitive approach to course creation. Although we ultimately decided to have a third party build our courses, Eurekos stood out because of how easy it was to structure and organize content.
We particularly liked the course hierarchy, which made it simple to build and manage courses with clear sections and sub-sections. Overall, the platform felt very user-friendly, intuitive, and well-designed for creating and organizing learning content.Negative: There isn’t really anything we dislike about Eurekos. The only challenge has occasionally been language-related, as some details can get lost in translation between Norwegian and English. However, the Eurekos team has been excellent to work with.

Despite numerous emails and support requests over the years, every issue has been addressed and resolved successfully. Even when our requirements or information were not fully clear, the team’s experience and proactive follow-up questions helped ensure we reached the desired outcome.

Summary: Eurekos helped us create a scalable platform that lets us deliver training and learning paths to our customers in an easy, customisable way. That, combined with their unmatchable customer support, is why I can highly recommend Eurekos.
Positive: I really appreciate the architecture of Eurekos, especially how all media are available across sites, creating one source of truth. The platform's flexibility in learning design, external training, and its integration options have been invaluable. We can offer standard courses, but we can also quickly mix and match modules from different courses to tailor learning paths to each customer’s needs. The support and collaboration with the Eurekos team has also been outstanding.
Negative: The layout customization could be more intuitive, especially for matching our own branding more easily. Some of my colleagues found the platform less intuitive at first, and the graphical designers had some issues with customization. Also, Eurekos is a bit more expensive than some competitors.

Summary: Very good experience: We reach more people by using Eurekos and they are really happy with the results we deliver every day. We’re reaching so many more people with our information and training programmes, and our onboarding process has become much smoother.
Positive: I really appreciate Eurekos' excellent customer support and the built-in authoring tool, which makes course creation seamless. The platform is very flexible and easy to customize for our organization. Their continuous development and new features, like the AI help agent that can be translated into any language, have been a huge benefit for us.
Negative: It would be great if the entire help center—i.e., the glossary available for getting help with the LMS—offered multiple language options, so users can read it in their native language.

Positive: I truly appreciate Eurekos for its user-friendly interface, excellent support team, and high level of flexibility and customization. The multimedia integration is seamless, allowing for easy embedding of videos, text, quizzes, and external content. The platform supports both blended and self-paced courses, making it adaptable for various training needs. The price point is very competitive, and the authoring tools and branding options are robust. Eurekos enabled us to reach a much wider audience and pivot quickly during the COVID pandemic, saving our projects.

Summary: We've had a very positive experience working with Eurekos. With the new functionality release, it has made training even easier with adaptive learning and automation features.

Summary: Our experience has been first rate and we're excited to see what we can continue to create with the platform.
Positive: The platform is easy to use and intuitive from an admin point of view. From a learner point of view, it is highly engaging. Learners can have adaptive learning paths and the platform is rock solid and great looking on any device.
Eurekos clearly spends a lot of time thinking about user experience and the platform is constantly improving with regular updates and new features. The inclusion of H5P interactive elements allows the creation of highly engaging learning materials. The big difference with Eurekos is that the in-built authoring tool is easy to use and the end results are amazing. You can of course import your usual SCORM and xAPI courses, but the industry is gradually moving more towards an agile approach where clients and their partners create courses more quickly and the client can then make edits themselves. With Eurekos this becomes a reality.
The final thing to say is that the support is excellent. The technical team really knows its stuff and they're quick to respond to any queries. The onboarding and training is great and you never feel like you've been left to figure something out on your own. If you can't find the answer in the knowledge base, you know that the team will be there to help.Negative: Although Eurekos appears on the Fosway grid, it isn't seen in the same circles as the bigger LMSs yet. This is a shame because large corporates, who would typically go to the big ERP vendors for their LMS, are missing out on some amazing functionality. Hopefully this will change as time goes on and the platform becomes better known.

Summary: Great and efficient eLearning solution, offering quick deployment of new courses, logging and auditing features, wide range of options for content creation, and more. H5P object support brings a great range of embedded object content, from quizzes to engaging content delivery options.
Positive: Having been an administrator and a course creator on Eurekos platform for several years, I've gained extensive knowledge and expertise. Our company use the platform for both internal and external courses to train a wide variety of individuals - from employees to customers. Some of the great features on the platform include:
- Consistent and easy-to-use interface for both administrators and course attendees.
- Powerful auditing and logging features to monitor course performance, statistics.
- Excellent design options for the courses - page layouts, embedded features such as images, videos, external links, H5P objects.
- Course chaining to create sets of courses around the same topic.
- Fantastic and friendly support to help on variety of questions.Negative: No significant cons to mention, although having more page layout/creative options would improve an already well-designed solution.

Summary: We have been using the Eurekos LMS for over 2 years now. Already from the beginning I had a great impression and a great feeling about the platform, because compared to other platforms we had been in contact with prior to implementation, Eurekos really stood out as a platform that was specifically designed with the best interest of the learner in mind and the know-how, of what this implies. This is reflected in all available features, which we are using across a wide ray of business use cases (external trainings that can be purchased individually, for in-house training, face-to-face courses, eLearnings, webinars, blended courses etc…). As not only an admin, but also an instructional designer I was and am still very happy to be able to work with a tool that comprehends and combines the technical needs with the need of the instructional design in order to make online courses innovative and efficient learning environments. The team is amazing and always supportive in regard to any questions that might appear. It is truly a pleasure to have such a great cooperation partner.
Positive: One of the key strengths of the software is still its usability and flexibility as well as the extensive features and the constant improvement and updates. From the beginning the features were easy to use and adapt according to one’s business needs. From course administration to the integrated authoring tool, the LMS encompasses a lot of features that support with each individual use case we have. You don’t get lost in all the features 😉 but whatever you need, the platform always offers a solution …and in the rare cases it doesn’t, the Eurekos team always does 😊 Constant updates and innovative new features not only improved the existing features but also create possibilities for new use cases.
Negative: Like every LMS or technical product, it will never be able to cover 100% of all needs a business has. However, with the constant improvements and the possibility to customize certain features according to the company needs it comes pretty close.

Summary: Definitely a fan! The flexibility and customization can allow all sorts of different organizations to make the platform their own. The content display is beautiful and visually appealing for users. Enough time should be devoted during onboarding to make sure that content is organized appropriately and to avoid clutter/confusion down the line. I highly recommend this solution to anyone looking for a highly customizable learning solution.
