Negative: Some modules took a little while to load, and occasionally I encountered minor technical glitches. Also, a mobile app version would make access even easier on the go.

Summary: I was able to take and pass my certification exam which was the goal! I am very pleased and I would definitely recommend this program to anyone looking to start a career in IT

It would be more beneficial if ACI Learning offered custom pricing options based on individual courses or allowed users to subscribe monthly to specific courses they want to focus on. This approach would make the platform more affordable for those who prefer to pay only for the content they need at any given time, reducing the overall cost per month.

Positive: I'm very impressed with the labs. I actually started watching the cloud videos from a preview and then I moved on as they're watching the CompTIA A+ videos and I'm surprised by the labs and how it all works and how well everything is explained!

Negative: I didn't find to many cons with the platform. Maybe some of the videos were a little longer and not as broken down and smaller amounts of time.

Summary: Love it, customers service is fast and responsive, Product is as I expected to be. They provide links other content for further in depth training

Negative: No con, it’s up you, I did not find any issues that’s I can say, of Course is not live Videos but that’s ok concept are there and does not matter

Positive: Way ITPro.tv taught any course is way too different as compared with any other online course. Feel as we are watch TV or NEWS

Negative: Request frequent updates on the courses more often

Summary: The product is amazing, the bugs have been linked out and i’ve effortlessly used the platform multiple times! I have a friend that recommended the service to me and i was not disappointed.

Positive: It was easy to use. i had no issues navigating the systems. If i had questions, the response as prompt and i felt like my learning was important.

Negative: Can be laggy in areas.
I had to review the matter so more than once sometimes because it didn’t record that i had don’t the work.

Summary: No other platform can touch what this one does for knowledge and skills. If you are new to IT, this is a one stop shop to get you the knowledge you need.

Positive: I have been using this platform for around 9 years and have found it so much easier to keep the knowledge. I'm a visual learner and seeing how things are done, makes it easier to remember and also helps me pass that info into colleagues. The hands on lands, they are a game changer. You can read and watch all your want, bite bottle breasts actually skimmed the thing.

Negative: Only downside for me is not enough VMware courses or hands on labs.

Summary: Enjoyable and highly relevant content, available across many platforms and devices with the option to download and view offline to minimize distractions. Help me on my way to many certifications!

Positive: Extensive library well sorted by vendors and certification tracks. Very knowledgeable yet relatable hosts/ presenters. This combination made it easy and enticing for me to look beyond my short term, focused areas of study and build a development plan to explore complimentary skills etc and competencies. Negative: Looking forward to a bit more AI integration . Wish there were some native apps for Google TV or Amazon Fire TV.
