Summary: My experience with ITVPro+ and myACI was phenomenal. The quality of instruction, supportive community, and accessibility to mentors exceeded all expectations. I had an instructor take time for a personal one-on-one session that went above and beyond—something that speaks volumes about their commitment to student success. From start to finish, I felt like I was in the right place, surrounded by the right people who genuinely care about helping you succeed. I can confidently say this has been one of the best learning experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend it to anyone serious about advancing their IT career.

Positive: The instructors—especially James, Dr. Dre, and the ITVPro+ team—were incredibly knowledgeable and passionate. Their ability to explain complex topics clearly made it easy to stay engaged and absorb the material. The depth of instruction and real-world experience they shared showed that this is more than just a job to them—it’s their passion. Having 24/7 access to a mentor was a huge plus, and the willingness of the entire team to help, whether during class or through one-on-one sessions, made the learning environment feel very supportive and personalized.

Negative: Honestly, there wasn’t much I didn’t like. If I had to mention one thing, it would be that I wish I had discovered this course sooner!

Summary: As the title to this post indicates I have spent the last 20 years of my adult life as a "GRUNT" 13Bravo in the Army. My IT knowledge was nothing more than basic at best. After going through the self paced classes and using all the learning tools I can can tell you with confidence you are never to old or to dumb to learn something new. ACI made the process easy to find my place in the IT world.

Positive: In my opinion i feel that the dialog videos and the practical exercises go hand in hand. For someone who has NO IT background or formal training , being able to watch someone explain the subject with examples, then going over to the practical exercise and doing what you just watch first hand is amazing. his alone I feel is the best part of the ACI program.

Negative: For someone who is relatively new to the online learning navigating to the correct cores can sometimes be a little difficult. However when ever I get lost or need help someone is always there in the chat box to help me out. Keep in mined the last time I stepped into a class room was in the late 90s. LOL online schools was something you only heard about in popular mechanics.

Summary: I definitely recommend myACI Learn to anyone who is interest in gather more knowledge about what field they are. I learned a lot and used all tools and options provided by this amazing platform.

Positive: MyACI Learn provides real-world examples and made each feature a very interactive experience, making it more engaging. Whenever I needed help, customer support was also responsive when I had any questions or concerns

Negative: Other than the modules, some tools took a little while to load. I encountered minor technical glitches, but the mobile app version would make access even easier on the go.

Summary: I’m having a great experience. I’m looking forward to studying other materials once I finish my Comptia a+ exam and networking.

Positive: I like how everything is in a singular place. I also love that the qty of questions for the practice test can be adjusted instead of doing 90 to complete a test. The only thing I with they had was an app so I can study on the go and without a WiFi signal.

Negative: The virtual labs are slow but if you are able to use a virtual machine on your own pc they are also great tools to practice.

Summary: Using ACI Learning was good for launching my cybersecurity career. It gave me the confidence and knowledge to pass the Security+ certification and laid a solid foundation in networking and broader cybersecurity domains.

Summary: I do not have any complaints as of now. It works as advertised and the instruction is very clear and helpful.

Positive: This has helped my team out in expanding their skillset. It is easy to use. Support is very helpful. The course content is plentiful.

Negative: At this time I do not have any cons and my team does not either.
