The best channel to hire engineers is the resume. Resumes suck. We monitor how candidates perform in technical interviews. In as little as one week, you can go from first conversation to offer. Candidates are selected based on their past performance in technical interviews. It is a better predictor of abilities than a resume. You can do what you would normally do in a technical phone screen. However, it is anonymous to avoid bias. Our candidates reach onsite at around 60%. With our process, it takes less than a week to go from your first conversation to a candidate to an offer.
