Summary: Great tool and brings good addition to interview process. simple to set up. i provide my first/ last name and email id, immediately i get the access code, which I can share with the interview candidate.
Positive: Ability to write code in various languages / scripting languages.
Able to execute code (runtime functionality).
Compile time error messages are spot on (helps me to see how candidates are paying attention to the failure message and take action appropriately during the interview.)
Much better experience than whiteboard.Negative: None. I don't have any specific areas of improvements for suggestion.

Summary: Overall i found very useful, I have been using it for the last 2 years of my organisation hiring, especially the pre-screening activity.
Positive: - Pre Defined Technical questions
- It has good test cases in build to execute post completing of exam
- Good tool to detect the Vulnerability
- It has a inbuilt Algorithm to detect the cheating
- Good in reporting
- I am using this for my team hiring pre-screening on both MCQ's and Live Coding Tests
and etc..Negative: I would request you to support more than 800 to 1000 users to take test, when i am going for Campus hiring it requires for me to conduct test for more than 1000+ associates at a time, request you to please provide the support.

Summary: I doubted the value of skill assessments for technical interviews but I think Codility allows me to use it for pre-screening to support the initial interview and save time in my interviews. I had a candidate perform poorly on an entry-level tasks which made it easy to exclude them from the interview with some confidence that i'm making the right choice.
Positive: It’s very intuitive and had very good UX design. Easily create tests from a range of existing tasks from a wide range of languages and technologies with different difficulty levels. After a candidate completes an assessment, you are sent a report with the score, time taken, historical views at each save so it’s easy to see each iteration of their solution.
I really love that for each task, you can see historical performances of previous candidates indicating how difficult/easy the overall task has been for candidates.
What I appreciate is that you can add extra time to allow your candidate the benefit if you add more difficult tasks, of course you must consider the overall timing.Negative: Some tasks showed a high level of failure in the historical data, which allowed me to skip those tasks as I am also expecting my candidates to fail, so wondering why those continue to be options on the platform.

Summary: I have done over 30 interviews on the platform and the experience was very positive for me but also for the interviewees.
Positive: The abundance of features, intuitive UX, high number of programming languages supported and coding tasks from which to choose from.
It's very easy to setup an interview, invite candidates, take the interview itself, then get statistics from the results.Negative: I was not able to change the tasks of a test after I already sent some invitations for the test, not even for future candidates, I had to create another test from scratch. As long as the candidate did not start the test, it would have made sense to have to possibility of changing the tasks.

Summary: Anyone who is trying to practice competitive coding or to improve the skills must visit Codility once for sure. You will not get any better place than this.
Positive: 1. Coding problems are arranged in increasing level of difficulty,
2. Proper problem description and reading notes are available,
3. When you start writing the code, it seems you are working on an IDE, not on any simple web compiler,
4. Proper and real-time suggestions are given while coding, just like an IDE,
5. Test cases are understandable, and check for nearly every possibility e.g. test boundary conditions, very large data, empty data etc.,
6. Test result report also shows the time complexity of the written code, and way to improve it is given in the reading notes,
In short, it's a complete package to practice coding..

Summary: Interviewer recommended this tool for a technical round. Comparing to other similar tools, I would prefer this one.
Positive: The interface design is friendly, I can change languages or find settings easily. Details about color, and font are good.

Summary: Excellent online collaboration and code editing tool. It is easy to use and has good highlighting and editing features. It is easy to code in different languages.
Positive: I was able to write code and run it. The editor was easy to use and inserting indentation and modifying code was simple.
Negative: The features for testing could be improved. You can run the code but it would be helpful to be able to apply multiple custom inputs.

Summary: Codility is definitely an excellent platform particular in the Pandemic situation. We are planning to use Code live feature even when things return to normal just because benefit we see from virtual interview for candidates and hiring team.
Positive: Wide library of available test to select from. Customizing the test to meet our need. Code Live feature making virtual interview reality.
Negative: Tracking results when we have many candidates for the drive thru portal is not that much user friendly.

Summary: Great experience and no complaints from the candidate and/or interviewer side. It's easy to create a test and send that over to the candidate or have the test be interactive and in real-time.
