    Summary: While Hubsell comes with a slight learning curve and its previous design left room for improvement, these are far outweighed by its strong impact on scaling outreach, the intuitive experience once you get started, and the significant improvements introduced with the new Flows interface. Combined with a highly supportive team, it has become a powerful and forward-looking tool that adds real value to any modern sales setup.

    Positive: hubsell has been a key driver in scaling our outreach efficiently and with minimal effort. The process is straightforward: define your target audience, source the relevant data, add it to a campaign, and start generating responses.

    With the introduction of the new flows, there’s now much greater flexibility in how you structure and tailor your sales approach. The updated WYSIWYG campaign builder is another strong improvement, making it easier to design and manage campaigns intuitively.

    All in all, hubsell has become an essential tool that no modern sales department should be without.

    Negative: There is a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, but it’s quickly smoothed out by a very supportive and responsive team. Once the process clicks—which it does quite fast—using the tool becomes intuitive and second nature.
    We also weren’t particularly fond of the previous design, but the new interface, especially within the Flows, is a clear step forward. It feels much more modern and user-friendly, and it genuinely makes us excited about where the product is heading.
