Summary: I use Hubengage to provide positive feedback at work, solving burnout by recognizing and appreciating co-workers' un-thanked actions. It improves morale by calling attention to positive actions, especially in a fast-paced, taxing job like ABA therapy.
Positive: I use Hubengage at my workplace to provide co-workers with positive feedback. I enjoy that it allows co-workers to build one another up and recognize actions that may otherwise go un-thanked. ABA therapy is often a mentally and physically taxing job and being able to call attention to positive actions or words that occur during the workday improves morale in the workplace. I also enjoy the AI option to clean up the message due to the quick pace of work. The initial setup of Kudos was very easy, taking just 5-10 minutes.

Positive: What I like most about HubEngage is how we're able to navigate the platform, and I find the recognition features, the chatbot, and communication aspects very efficient. These features are very powerful for us and very straightforward.
Negative: I'd like to see some features being updated because some of them are, like, old version. So being able to update them to be very easy to set up would be appreciated. The setup was not straightforward because the information provided was not complete, making it fairly difficult.

Positive: One feature of HubEngage that has been very useful for us is the AI chatbot. Before using it, employees would constantly reach out to HR or managers for simple questions like company policies, leave requests, or where to find certain documents. It wasn’t that the information didn’t exist it was just scattered across different systems, so people didn’t know where to look.
Negative: While the AI chatbot is very helpful, it sometimes struggles with very specific or complex questions that aren’t clearly documented in our internal systems.
