Summary: Modernizing internal comms without creating compliance risk. A lot of platforms that do social features don't think about what happens when employees post something they shouldn't. The built-in moderation tools gave our legal team enough confidence to actually greenlight the rollout.
Positive: AI moderation takes a lot of the risk out of opening up social features to employees flagging inappropriate content before it becomes a problem. Sentiment analysis on survey responses has helped us spot team morale dips earlier than we would have otherwise. The intranet replacement alone justified the cost for us.
Negative: The gamification side points, leaderboards hasn't landed as well with our demographic as I think it might in other industries. Our employees skew older and a few found it a bit gimmicky. It's easy to turn off but something to consider depending on your workforce.

Positive: Modular approach is a real advantage you're not paying for things you don't use yet. The employee social features helped build culture during a period of rapid remote hiring. Sentiment analysis on surveys has surfaced things we genuinely wouldn't have caught otherwise.
Negative: The mobile app UI could use a refresh in a few spots it looks fine but some navigation flows feel slightly clunky compared to consumer apps employees are used to. Not a dealbreaker but worth mentioning.

Positive: Mobile-first setup works really well for non-desk workers. Recognition module with points and gift cards drove adoption faster than we expected. Multi-language support was critical for us and it actually works without feeling like an afterthought.
Negative: Initial setup took longer than the sales team suggested — there's a fair amount of configuration involved. Some of our older employees found the app a bit confusing at first, took a few weeks before everyone was comfortable.

Summary: Platform sprawl. We were paying for multiple tools that didn't talk to each other, and employees had no idea which app to check for what. One place for everything has made a noticeable difference in how consistently people actually engage with comms.
Positive: Having comms, surveys, and recognition under one roof makes a genuine difference. AI drafting tools save real time. The scheduling feature means I can plan a week's worth of content in one sitting. Support team has been responsive every time we've reached out.
Negative: The analytics dashboard is decent but not as deep as I'd like — I often want to slice engagement data in ways the current reporting doesn't quite support. Hoping that gets more attention in future updates.

Positive: I use Hubengage at my workplace to provide co-workers with positive feedback. I enjoy that it allows co-workers to build one another up and recognize actions that may otherwise go un-thanked. ABA therapy is often a mentally and physically taxing job and being able to call attention to positive actions or words that occur during the workday improves morale in the workplace. I also enjoy the AI option to clean up the message due to the quick pace of work. The initial setup of Kudos was very easy, taking just 5-10 minutes.

Positive: What I like most about HubEngage is how we're able to navigate the platform, and I find the recognition features, the chatbot, and communication aspects very efficient. These features are very powerful for us and very straightforward.
Negative: I'd like to see some features being updated because some of them are, like, old version. So being able to update them to be very easy to set up would be appreciated. The setup was not straightforward because the information provided was not complete, making it fairly difficult.
