It's very valuable because it allows both new and existing employees to get to know other employees by accessing AI questions about the company or other employees, with the AI providing the relevant details. Additionally, setting up HubEngage was very easy, as we had all the instructions we needed to set it up successfully.

    Negative: I would like the AI chatbot to extend its capabilities, so it can answer questions outside the box. When they're asking about projects, it should be able to handle those questions more effectively.
