We finally fixed our broken internal communication Date: Feb 16 2026
Summary: Our internal communication was honestly a mess before HubEngage. Emails were ignored, WhatsApp caused privacy issues, and frontline staff were always the last to know anything. After switching to HubEngage, everything became centralized and structured. Now updates actually reach everyone at the same time, and we don’t have to chase employees anymore.
Positive: The biggest win is having one place for communication, recognition, and feedback. Messages reach employees through mobile, notifications, and multiple channels, which solved our reach problem completely.
Negative: It takes some effort at the beginning to organize departments and user groups properly.

In particular, I believe the platform should offer more meaningful features related to professionalism to better support employee engagement, communication, and recognition.

Streamlined Communication and Employee Recognition Date: Jan 22 2026
Summary: I use HubEngage for team communication, sharing announcements, newsletters, and celebrating employee achievements within a single platform, which significantly boosts team efficiency and collaboration. I appreciate its recognition features, making employee appreciation easy and digital. However, I suggested better support for multiple languages in customer service. The setup was straightforward with detailed tutorials.
Positive: I really like the recognition features of HubEngage. They make it easy for us to recognize our employees digitally and effortlessly. Everything has become easier with HubEngage, allowing us to celebrate our employee of the week or month effectively.
Negative: I would like the customer support to have multiple languages. This way, every user, regardless of their location or language, could communicate with customer support efficiently.

Seamless Communication and Engagement Enhancer Date: Jan 21 2026
Summary: I use HubEngage for communication, bringing employees together in one space. It solves our communication issues, enabling free and easy employee interactions, which boosts engagement and makes our business operate more effectively.
Positive: I like HubEngage's AI chatbot the most. It's very valuable because it allows both new and existing employees to get to know other employees by accessing AI questions about the company or other employees, with the AI providing the relevant details. Additionally, setting up HubEngage was very easy, as we had all the instructions we needed to set it up successfully.
Negative: I would like the AI chatbot to extend its capabilities, so it can answer questions outside the box. When they're asking about projects, it should be able to handle those questions more effectively.

AI chatbot give employees additional ways to stay engaged Date: Sep 17 2026
Summary: As UTECH grew, getting consistent employee feedback across different technical teams became harder. HubEngage’s pulse surveys and AI sentiment analysis help us identify recurring concerns without manually reviewing every response, while recognition and the AI chatbot give employees additional ways to stay engaged and find information.
Positive: What I like most about HubEngage is the combination of employee surveys, sentiment analysis, recognition, and the AI chatbot. For UTECH, where our teams work on transportation software, ELD, GPS tracking, and other technical products, it gives us a better way to understand what employees are experiencing and where they need support.
Negative: There are quite a few features, so it takes some time to decide how to structure them for different teams. The analytics could also be a little easier to navigate. Also the translation is slow in processing
