grafena. Description

Grafena is a Polish digital application designed to streamline the creation of employee shift schedules, eliminating the need for cumbersome spreadsheets. Managers can effortlessly design a month’s schedule using intuitive tools, whether by brush or by utilizing pre-existing rotation templates that accommodate various 12-hour shifts, including combinations of day/night rotations and other patterns. Each modification is rigorously validated against the Polish Labour Code, ensuring compliance with regulations regarding daily and weekly rest periods, working-time standards for the settlement period, overtime, and public holidays, with precise indicators highlighting any issues directly in the schedule. The platform automatically saves schedules, allowing managers to publish and share them with employees via a read-only link, convert them into PDF format, export to Excel or CSV, or integrate with calendar systems using iCal. It features built-in functionalities for tracking individual hour limits, employee availability, designated off days, and daily staffing requirements, with an API available for additional integrations. Tailored for industries such as retail, hospitality, security, healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing, Grafena offers a free plan for teams of up to five employees, with paid subscriptions starting as low as 23 PLN per month for those needing more features. This innovative solution not only enhances efficiency but also simplifies the often complex task of workforce management across various sectors.
