Summary: We have been using Esendex for a number of years to send text messages to field staff (job rostering).
There are never any issues, the company is good with support and always looking to add new features.
Can't complain - it does what it is expected to.Positive: Easy to use and integrate.
Set and forget - once it is up and running it works fine.
Some great options, such as using an API, email to SMS.Negative: Nothing really - it does the job reliably and you can easily check things in the portal.
