    Positive: Telgorithm provides a great solution to the text communications industry. We have appreciated their approach to support very much. Not only will they help with any issues that arise, they went very far out of their way to make sure our specific needs were met. They also provide this support as a free resource with some other communications providers do not. Additionally, the product as a whole seems to be great, they have solid documentation and and reliable infrastructure.

    Negative: Not too many cons, but if you are need a communications provider for voice, I will note that they do not currently offer this feature. They only offer messaging/text communications.

    Summary: Highly recommend anyone looking to move off the "big players" because of frustrations with them. You will not be disappointed!

    Positive: Telgorithm has delivered on everything they have said. Strong partnership with this group and would highly recommend for sms needs. Delivery, communication, support - it's all there.

    Negative: Newer company, but has more knowledge of the industry than the others. That's not really a con but needed to put something here.

    Summary: My company had a very tall task of migrating all of our numbers from Twilio and concurrently ensuring all numbers were A2P compliant. With the help of everyone on the Telgorithm team, this tall, scary task felt like a walk in the park.

    Positive: - Should you decide to transition from your current telephony provider, rest assured that the Telgorithm team is actively involved and ready to assist.

    - Each member of the Telgorithm support and engineering team is a proficient A2P expert. For inquiries concerning A2P Brand/Campaign registration, the Telgorithm team offers guidance that ensures guaranteed A2P compliance for your customers' campaigns.

    - The APIs are thoroughly documented and user-friendly.

    - The Telgorithm team not only accepts feature requests but also actively considers them for future development.

    Negative: Had I written this review before our company migrated from Twilio, I might have highlighted the absence of the call-forwarding feature as a drawback. Nevertheless, the engineering team introduced the v1/Voice/EnableVoiceFeature API shortly after onboarding, effectively resolving our issue.

    Summary: The overall experience with Telgorithm is overwhelmingly positive. I always feel like my questions are answered fast and the team there is the friendliest and most professional group of people.

    Positive: Customer support is fast, friendly, and responsive. We've been really impressed by communication from everyone at Telgorithm in general.

    Negative: I can't think of anything major here. There are some delays with number approval, but the turnaround time with Telgorithm is much faster compared to competitors where it's taking people up to 6 months to get their approval.

    Telgorithm to the Rescue!

    Summary: Overall a great experience coming from Twilio and Bandwidth. With the recent changes in 10DLC, we were dead in the water with the previous vendors. Telgorithm team has been instrumental in keeping our SMS business alive. There were some hiccups along the way, due to the changes in 10DLC, but TG team was resolving them super fast. We've enjoyed working with them so far and hope to further expand. As long as they don't become another Twilio and Bandwidth, expand feature sets (like Short Codes, and reporting) and keep up the attention with clients, they will be the leading SMS gateway in no time.

    Positive: Ease and speed of 10DLC onboarding for clients, highly attentive support team, reliable network, Slack DM access!

    Negative: Currently, can't support receiving short codes, international texting, basic reporting.

    Great customer service on top of a great product

    Summary: I would highly recommend Telgorithm for anyone that can benefit from text messaging functionality in their software. They're truly a great partner.

    Positive: The team has been fantastic in providing guidance with the initial implementation, and they continue to be incredibly helpful navigating the waters of A2P 10DLC as well as other technical issues and best practices. We rarely have any issues, but when we do, the team consistently goes above and beyond to help. I'm really glad I found Telgorithm to provide this solution for our company.

    Summary: We're a startup that runs an SMS/MMS marketing platform and overall our experience with Telgorithm has been incredible.

    We moved to Telgorithm from Twilio where we were spending thousands of dollars a month and received no support and no guidance around how to navigate any of the massive industry-wide changes being caused by A2P 10DLC.

    During our onboarding process with Telgorithm we were assigned an implementation manager (shout out Zahid) and were invited to our own dedicated slack channel that's allowed us to have direct access to their support + technical staff. We've received personalized assistance every step of the way and it's made us that much more confident in our ability to handle any future changes in the SMS industry knowing we've got Telgorithm as a partner.

    Positive: Telgorithm offers incredibly competitive pricing, an easy to use + implement API, and truly next level support. Their guided implementation process has made transitioning from our old provider (Twilio) a breeze. Their team is incredibly responsive to support questions/requests and is very receptive to input from their customers with regard to their product roadmap and new feature development.

    Negative: The only con I can even think of is that their platform isn't quite as full featured as some of their larger competitors. As a newer platform, they're lacking a few features that we had access to with our old provider, namely the ability to send & verify 2FA/OTP codes (without needing to build the functionality on our own) and the ability to view sent & received messages directly in the user portal.

    I believe the 2FA functionality is on their roadmap and we can already export sent/received messages as a CSV from their portal, so neither of these cons are really that big of a deal to us.

    World Class Customer Service

    Summary: Telgorithm is an easy API integration and an easy recommendation. Their tools are user intuitive and their APIs were easy to use

    Positive: We're a startup that was originally with Twilio but after needing better control and better pricing, we switched to Telgorithm. The API integration itself was very easy and required minimal hand-holding from the team. The one piece that I appreciate the most from Telgorithm is their customer service team. The turnaround time on even some of our most complicated questions can be measured in minutes, if not seconds. They are by far the quickest, and most informative business partner that we have.

    Negative: Currently, they only support texting within the US so this does impact a small portion of our international customers.
