Summary: My experience is great would love to give it 5 stars but they have some kinks to work out so I do believe it's a game changer

Positive: That I have a piece of mind when bills need to be paid and I can be flexible and budget. It also helps me when I'm in a bind and allows me to stretch my money and paid other bills I might have neglected before.

Negative: When it declines payments but I have funds on my card I hope they resolve this issue cause. I lreaaly love this app.

Summary: I enjoy the app experience it’s simple and easy to use don’t have any complaints at all really. It simple and easy.

Positive: The few times I’ve had nowhere else to turn to help pay my bills. Deferit has been such a Savior. Great product, highly recommended.

Negative: The monthly subscription fee is a bit high. It should be brought down or eliminated.

Summary: It’s been a very good program and has helped me out a lot especially in this economy when inflation is high and you need a little help. I am glad this program exists and I love that they report to the credit companies so that it can help raise your credit. Because paying bills on time should show on your credit report.

Positive: It is user friendly, easy to use and the bills get paid in a timely manner. I haven’t had any problems with the bills I have uploaded to be paid and they have always been paid within a few hours. The app is easy to navigate and you can see what your available balance is through the app. It’s also very organized in knowing what you owe back. Deferit is also good to work with when you need to extend a repayment back.

Negative: Easier options to talk to customer service would be nice. It can be very hard to get ahold of customer service because their online customer service chat doesn’t always work. And it can sometimes take customer service a few days to get back to you through email. I also wish they had more options for the bills they will pay.

Summary: Pretty easy to use, had no major issues with it. I really only wish there was phone lines for more live chat options

Positive: It gets approved really quickly, app is really easy to use, great way to budget your money and bills

Negative: Wish there was a phone line instead of just email. Sometimes the response times take a few days

Summary: Great service for the struggling American trying to stay afloat.

Positive: Good that you get the pay in 4 option.

Negative: Wish payments would post quicker to the bills that need to be paid.

Summary: I have had no issues with this app. It is easy to use and if there is an issue, it will notify you immediately.

Positive: I am able to space out payments on unexpected bills allowing me to be able to be on time. App is easy to use.

Negative: Some bills cannot be paid immediately, and have to have a check sent for payment.

Summary: I think deferit is a great app, fair and a blessing to those like me who try to make ends meet. I thank God for them and have recommended them as well.

Positive: The installments really helps during these hard times and even extending the due date is a blessing.

Negative: I think the subscription fee is a little much but then I don’t know all in tell how much it cost to run the program.

Summary: Great company, I really do appreciate this company for helping others out that may be in need at the moment.

Positive: Great Customer Service, the representatives were amazingly helpful and explained everything very thorough.

Negative: Here and there it took a while to respond but the reps were amazing.

Summary: Overall 10/10 would recommend.

Positive: I love that it helps me to pay bills when I can't afford it all at once. Definitely makes billing life better.

Negative: I don't like that when I try to push a payment out that doesn't fall on my payday it tends to tell me I can't why give the option if it really isn't one.

Summary: Overall experience was good and helpful and I’ll use the service again. This service saves lots of anxiety and saves you from getting into debt to pay a bill without all the ridiculous interest.

Positive: It was Fast and it pays the bill. Saves you from cancellation or late fees. The starting approval is a reasonable amount. The requested information was not too much or overwhelming.

Negative: Doesn’t pay just any bill and you have to actually upload a bill and await an approval which takes a few hours sometimes.

Summary: Overall it's a great app with great features the only thing that needs to be adjusted is the date that the fee it's paid that should be left to the consumer and not such a solid date when Deferit company decides.

Positive: I liked it. It's quick and effective bills get paid right away I also like the way that you can upload a bill.

Negative: The only down fall that I've had with this app is the fact that when I signed up I was given $1,000 limit and then within 24 hours it was cut to 300 and now it's at 400 would be nice if it was higher then I could do all my business in one place I also do not like the fact that you can not adjust the date the monthly fee is do.

Summary: I would use it again because it was quick and easy to process. Being able to setup payment dates is very helpful.

Positive: Phone bill was overdue and phone had got turned off. Just when I thought I was out of options Deferit showed up. I was able to cover my bill and pay it back over time.

Negative: The monthly fee when I’m not using the service I think is a little much.

Summary: I'm glad I found this site. It gave me a little more hope and convenience to try a catch up on bills.

Positive: Helped to lower a past due payment to make my bill MUCH easier to pay off. Wish I found it earlier. It's the first service I've seen like it.

Negative: Takes a while to build a higher balance for bills.

Summary: I don't mind paying an extra fee for the service. I just wish it wasn't setup as a subscription. Maybe they'll change it in the future. We'll see how it goes....

Positive: Users of this service can pay bills without any late fee or issue, splitting them over some time.

Negative: It's a subscription you also have to pay in addition to the split payments. Don't forget to cancel it.

One thing to keep a close eye on is that they cannot always pay the full amount of a bill. Be sure to watch for that and take care of the rest separately if you need to.

Summary: I’m growing on the service and it has been a lifer saver during emergencies. I have been using Deferit for 3 months now and they may not always approve the requested amount even if it’s under my spending limit, but I do appreciate the counter offers they extend.

Positive: Being able to split bills into 4 payments or 1.
The convenience of the app.
Having the option to have Deferit pay my bill for me without splitting the payment.

Negative: I dislike when I request an amount under my spending limit and even less than my bill because I only need a certain amount and the amount I request is decreased.
