Summary: My overall experience was great with this app. It paid my bill within the twenty-four hour timeframe.

Positive: It helped a lot when I needed it most…it was easy and very convenient to use. In my time of need it helped me a lot and kept from disconnection.

Negative: There wasn’t too much that I could put under the con box because like I said it helped me a lot.

Summary: It is the perfect setup for daily life in todays setting with so many struggling we could use an advantage like this, it really makes it easier too pay those larger bills.

Positive: Everything! Easy and simple to use, very efficient, the bill was paid almost instantly. I uploaded the bill and Deferit took care of it within an hour!

Negative: There’s nothing I don’t like about this product, I love it! I will continue using it as much as possible.

Summary: Amazing! For me it was awesome. Not letting me move on from this review is the most annoying part of my experience. Overall as I previously stated you guys are great.

Positive: Deferit is EXACTLY who they say they are AND they do what they say they'll do. Easy to enroll, worth every coin of the subscription. You were a lifesaver for me with my Pepco Bill. I never win anything but you guys deserve this review. Thank you!

Negative: There are no cons. Deferit for me was GREAT. Wanting me to keep writing a "con" and not letting me move on is a little annoying but Deferit is an ideal service.

Summary: Easy app and process was quick just submit your bill and other information and it’s paid! Was not hard to do and upload bill.

Positive: It was easy and saved me from my lights being cut off I was canceled a lot at my job bills was getting overwhelmed and Deferit came through. It is easier for me to pay every 2 weeks with what they offer instead of the full bill amount I didn’t have. Will use them u til I get caught up but rather have the full paid than to be cut off. Thank You.

Negative: What you qualify for can be more but anything helps at the moment!

Summary: 10/10 - HIGHLY recommend!! I have nothing but amazing things to say. Always comes through when I need it the most!

Positive: This app always comes through when I need it! I am so thankful this is a thing. This app saved me when I needed to pay my car insurance after being in an accident.

Negative: Sometimes it wont pay the full amount of the bill.

Summary: Great experience and will continue to use Deferit when I run into being a little short on funds. I really recommend this if you feel like you're out if options or if you just want to split a bill into 4 payments.

Positive: I was close to a disconnection and needed a little time. Deferit made it possible to get that bill paid before I was able to pay it in full avoiding a disconnection. I love this service!

Negative: Sometimes the full amount I need paid isn't an option for me.

Positive: Deferit makes a person feel hopefully for the simple reason you have a place to go for help. The process was so awesome and amazing to pay a bill. I am so happy there is help for families through this company. The service is great and the monthly fee is reachable.

Negative: I can say that there was no problems using this company, and if you did not see your payment post the company was only a phone call away. The person you get on the phone was very nice and very knowable about the job. Help you solve all your problems.

Summary: Really the best! The payments are so affordable, if I ever get behind again I will definitely be using it!

Positive: I love Deferit!! We live paycheck to paycheck and sometimes we get behind and one day I was trying to figure out how to pay our phone bill. I found Deferit and it was great! They paid my phone bill and gave me affordable payments to pay them back! They really helped me!!

Negative: Nothing! It really is great! There really isn’t a bad thing about it.

Summary: I love Deferit and will continue to use it as it’s been a huge help to me and my family! Since covid, bills have been extremely hard for my family. Deferit gives my family a chance to survive.

Negative: Honestly the only con I had was it has to be an actual bill to upload, my cell phone service doesn’t have an actual bill like my energy bill does.

Summary: I completely love it! It's simple, easy and no late fee plenty if i cant make a payment on time. I will most definitely use this app a lot more.

Positive: It helps me get my bills paid on time. And if i cant make a payment you can easily get the payment day moved.

Negative: I just don't like that u have to make 2 current payments before u can upload another bill.

Summary: It has been great from start to finish. I highly recommend their services. They allow you to push payments if you don't have the funds available on the day of payment.

Positive: I honestly like everything about Deferit. They have helped me out with a couple of binds. I highly recommend there service. I give them an all around 10-stars.

Negative: There is nothing that I dislike about Deferit. Again, I highly recommend their services.

Summary: Wonderful! The customer service is spot on. Dennis was very helpful in resolving my issue and answering any questions that I had throughout the process.

Positive: The app is easy to use and straight forward. Most bills are supported. The customer service is great whenever you need help. Dennis was very helpful and efficient over the phone.

Negative: Not every bill or company may be supported. It's mostly for everyday general bills, such as cable, phone, etc.
