Complete control of the number of employees entering or leaving the company. Date: Oct 07 2022
Summary: The benefits that this platform has given me are quite varied, since it has allowed me to measure the workforce of each of my employees but it has also allowed me to access a complete database where I can store all the personal information of our employees. , I really loved the experience I had with this platform, and I also loved the connection that this platform has with all Zoho services, since this connection has helped generate much more profit than the connection with the Zoho service generates Vault. This platform has really behaved wonderfully, since it arrived at our company we have noticed circumstantial changes in the administration of employees, as the owner of my company, this platform has been very beneficial for me, I have been able to keep track of the amount of employees who enter or leave the company, I can also keep track of all the contact data of each of the employees, such as telephone number, email, residence address and much more, all these data are safe in this platform and it has provided me with a function to grant various viewing permissions to specific people, for example, in that corporate sector we have several colleagues who are also in charge of managing employees, on this platform I have given them various permissions so that they can have viewing and extensive edition of the database. I am really fascinated with all the benefits that this platform has proven to provide, in another corporate sector we have been able to use it in the long term, and it helps us a lot to have control of the number of employees without the need to have a database or a physical record, we can do everything online.
Positive: Zoho People is an impressive service that will allow you to correctly organize all the employees you have in your company, manage the number of employees and hire new staff, as it turns out to be a difficult task for some companies, due to the complexity of have a fairly large database of employees, with this platform you will be able to manage that database and account for each of the employees, have a correct organization of each of the employee data confidentially. Next, I will mention the positive things that this platform has.
1.- One of the main things that I like about this platform is that it streamlines the process of new employees, you can add new employees very easily, either by inviting them through an invitation link directly to their email or by adding the information of the employee manually to the platform, obviously every time you add an employee, a new user will be created within the platform and you will also be provided with a password that you will have to give your employee to access the platform, adding employees has never been so easy, it's a fairly simple process and only takes a couple of minutes.
2.- Another thing that I like about this platform is that you can classify the workforce, that means that every time you add new employees to a department, you can divide the workforce into several departments and locations, you can establish the bases for smooth management, you can improve the performance of each of the company's sectors thanks to this workforce classification, you will be able to list which department has the largest workforce or the largest number of employees so that they can carry out a specific activity, classify the workforce has never been so simple.
3.- Another thing that I like about this platform is that it allows me to organize and manage commercial entities, for example, if there is a division or subdivision within a specific department of the company, I can add that subdivision within the platform , to have a correct order of the number of organizations and divisions within the company, as well as I can insert new employees in those subdivisions to have a correct administrative process.
4.- I also love the new password creation system for new employees or users. As I mentioned previously, this platform is capable of generating an automated key every time you add a new employee or a new user to the platform, that means that every time you hire a new employee, you will have to enter it into this platform and automatically receive the login data, I love the way this platform is integrated with the Zoho Vault system, because that integration helps you to create and share passwords with each of the employees, every time you add the new employee , a complex password will be generated and you can share it through this platform thanks to this service called Zoho Vault, which is responsible for generating the password.
5.- It is impressive how this platform has an excellent application for mobile devices, you can access the database quickly and easily from your mobile phone, having an application like it is on your mobile device helps you to control the large number of employees that you have in your company without the need to use a computer, in addition, you will be able to have a much broader visualization of the employee data for all the regions. I love the mobile app, I can do exactly everything that can be done from the desktop version, I can add new employees in a matter of minutes.Negative: Really, since I started using this platform, I have only obtained positive results, at no time has this platform given me any kind of problem, I have always been able to access the database of my employees and I have been able to have an organization of employees in a simple way, organizing employees within this platform has made it possible for us to fire a specific employee and hire them much faster. I am very grateful to this platform for not having presented any type of failure since I started using it, I have been using this platform for approximately two years and it has never given me any type of failure in its version for computers or in its version for mobile devices, and I hope that this continues to be the case, since it plans to use this platform for the next five years.

Summary: Overall I like Zoho People as I can manage our entire team's files and documents. I find value in Zoho People because I do not need a dedicated HR person to head this department due to the automated flows that can be set up.
Positive: Easy to use and upload documents. There are many sharing options as well as security options to make sure employee documents are safe and secure. It is easy to keep track of working hours and you can set up easy automation to decrease workflow requirements.
Negative: Support is pretty basic unless you have upgraded Zoho One Support which will cost you extra.

Summary: It is a great tool for HR executives with a comprehensive feature set. It helps in tackling all employee management tasks with great ease.
Positive: I like the number of features provided by Zoho People like employee onboarding, employee database, time management and more. It has a great interface and even supports HID integration to capture biometric data. The support is also good.
Negative: Nothing. It is loaded with features for the price point.

Summary: Zoho People has provided constant benefits for our entire company, this platform has allowed us to integrate new candidates who are hired for our company, since it has a perfect integration with the Zoho Recruit system, and allows each new employee to be transferred to the HR. Zoho People has allowed all our employees to have continuous learning in the correct way, since we are responsible for sending the appropriate learning material and courses to our employees, thanks to the Corporate LMS system. Thanks to this platform we have been able to control the responsibility and attendance of our employees in our offices, we can know exactly how many times employees have not shown up for their workday, we have a complete panel where we can see if any employee is active or at rest. I was fascinated with the overall experience provided by this great platform.
Positive: Zoho People is a complete service to manage a large volume of employees, what I like the most about this platform is that I can control the attendance and work schedules of each of the employees, I can assign a presentation time in the office for each employee, in addition, I can activate automated alerts to receive a notice every time an employee shows up at the office, and I also receive alerts when an employee has not complied with the start of his working day. In addition, I liked that this platform is capable of automatically detecting the performance of the employee, it provides me with real-time analysis where I can statistically view the performance of each employee, the responsibility rating, planning, quality and many other statistics, this really appeals to me. It helps to know the performance of each employee. I also like that this platform allows me to have a Corporate LMS system, quite useful, which helps me provide specific learning material for some employees or work groups, I can manage everything our employees learn and manage the skills they develop.
Negative: I currently have no complaints about the Zoho People system, this platform has managed to optimize the way in which we manage the human resources of our entire company, the new employee management system and the system for firing employees work perfectly, the system to manage cases it also works perfectly, being able to process any request or inconvenience from the employee in a matter of minutes. In conclusion, this platform does not have any type of problem, its performance and satisfaction when managing employees is fantastic.

Summary: Overall it is a good platform, it does have a lot of functionality and they are constantly trying to add more. If you have a great IT team who can help set up and implement the platform you could do a lot worse than use Zoho People.
Positive: The platform has the potential to be everything an efficient HRM should be. It has some really great features that, when set up correctly, could help automate a lot of the onboarding and daily admin tasks.
If you have the Recruit module as well, it should be able to create a seamless transition between the hiring process and onboarding/employee lifecycle.
ZoHo recently added a Learning Management tool to the platform which is great! It gives you the options to create e-learning, classroom learning and blended learning training modules which can be played in many formats (PPT, Video etc.). You can also add the training modules to lesson plans and filter according to job or skill set.Negative: It has limited integration options for some often popular tools (QuickBooks Payroll for example) which means if we use the time tracking tool in Zoho People we can't import timesheets directly into payroll. The company is primarily a CRM provider and that's where their expertise lies. Don't bother contacting ZoHo for training or help because it totally sucks and you get nowhere. You are better off paying one of their validated training companies, but even then they are more knowledgeable about the CRM modules rather than the HRM part of the platform.

Summary: Zoho People definitely is not perfect HR solution but has an excellent set of features as a Performance management app.
Positive: Zoho People is an HR management software offering from Zoho. It provides flexible performance management functionality and even includes Pre and post hire on-boarding process which is a great plus. Its ease of use and multiple affordable pricing plans make it a good deal.
Negative: It lacks advanced time tracking functionality seen in other tools and misses out on payroll management. Also the basic plans while quite affordable have a limited feature set.
