Summary: The first week of using Pipeliner we had different doubts since we did not know how we had to link our campaign system with the CRM system, however, those doubts were answered by the support team in a very short time. For us, Pipeliner has had an incredible performance, our general experience was quite good because it is a software that makes us feel comfortable during the process of dealing with potential clients, it is a fairly organized software, with a very correct UI to get clients to they can easily obtain information about the business to be carried out. Pipeliner offers us several ways to communicate with the potential client, so communication will never be lacking.
Positive: The CRM system is completely essential for us to have a fairly complete sales system. Pipeliner CRM has played a very important role for us. What I like the most about Pipeliner is that it sends me immediate notifications when a client has accepted a negotiation with us, this notification helps me to be attentive at the exact moment to serve the client and give him all the mechanisms that will be carried out in the negotiation. I love this notification system. Another thing that I like about Pipeliner is that the integration it has with our campaign system is incredible, this integration allows us to transfer the clients obtained in the campaign, to our main panel system in an automated way, we don't have to do no manual process to transfer to the client.
Negative: I had no problem with the Pipeliner service, I am satisfied with the results obtained, our CRM system has potentially improved thanks to this software that helped us generate sales on a constant basis, we are happy with the current operation and we will definitely continue it using in our company.
