    Summary: We have used Yeastar Cloud PBX and Yeastar Linkus UC Softphone for 3 years. Yeastar product delivers simplicity, reliability, and remote working capability for our company. They are a huge help during the pandemic period.

    Positive: I love the ease of using Linkus UC Softphone App on my smartphone and PC. Linkus makes it very simple to connect with my co-workers and clients.

    Negative: The voice call is very reliable and nothing to complain on such a great product. The technical issues we have met are quickly solved by support team. Very responsive.
