Workwolf Description

Workwolf® is a Recruiting as a Service company for organisations that hire at volume. We replace the traditional agency model with a process our team runs on your behalf, combining human recruiters with proprietary AI and psychometric assessment.

How the service works

You send us a requisition. We source and screen applicants, verify their credentials against the issuing source, and assess them against a benchmark built from the people already performing well in that role. You receive a shortlist with the reasoning attached: resume fit, verified credentials and a performance profile for every candidate.

Where it matters most

Hiring 40 roles a month is a different problem from 5 a year. Standards that hold when one person applies them drift when 12 managers apply them under deadline pressure. Because the process runs outside your team, a short staffed location does not change whether verification happens.

Who we work with

Companies making 2 or more hires a month, typically in retail, hospitality, healthcare, logistics and call centres. Fees start at 4% of annual salary, against the 15% to 25% traditional agencies charge.

    Excited and very pleased

    Date: Oct 09 2023

Summary: It was relatively easy to use and no real learning curve. Effective immediately and very impressive. We plan to embrace this technology in other areas of our business.

Positive: Saved me a ton of time while concentrating on precise and quality candidates. I look forward to sharing my experiences with Workwolf with my colleagues.

Negative: None so far but I will share should I find any. This is still very new to me however, its been quite easy to maneuver and understand.

Finds quality candidates - it works!

    Date: Oct 06 2023

Summary: Fast, efficient and affordable. They’ve kept the user interface uncluttered with only the important features I need, unlike heavier systems I’ve used in the past like Workday or SuccessFactors.

Positive: This literally took my applicant pool from 300 to 15 candidates pulling only those with profiles that match our top performers.

Negative: This was recommended by a colleague who recruits for Xerox, the only thing I haven’t seen yet is a performance review our our new hires made by Workwolf. The verdict is still out.
