Summary: My experience has been amazing. This is the easiest file organizer system and easy to use for both administrator and employees.

Positive: Easy to use for onboarding purposes and filing all the documents. Best thing about is that we can access from anywhere.

Negative: Not easy enough for Team Members who doesn't use it frequent enough.

Summary: Excellent, definitely worth it! It streamlines the application and onboarding processes as well as stays as the team members permanent record as their employee file, no more paper files!

Positive: Keeps great track of the application process from integrating with job boards, collecting the applications, helping managers track the steps of calling, interviewing, offering, who declined or why you did not hire etc. Then it integrates to their Onboarding module which remains part of their employee file where you can upload all the documents for each team member and in most cases actually have them sign digital copies right on WorkBright.

Negative: It does not seamlessly integrate with our payroll system, Netchex, so W4s, address changes etc. have to be separately completed in both systems.

Summary: Great experience - Great Product - WorkBright was able to adapt our own forms and they are so clearly printed - no chance of a misprint. The process is quick and easy for our guys.

Positive: Can see at a glance where I am with our new hires. We have a very heavy turnover and are hiring all the time. This really makes it easy to keep track of who is where in the process.

Negative: Can't think of anything I don't like about WorkBright. I've been using WorkBright since 2020 and never want to lose it.

Summary: Overall WorkBright really helped us to be able to comply with the every changing i9 verification process while making it as easy as possible for the candidates to fill it out.

Positive: WorkBright made it a simple process to be able to remote verify i9 and it was also easy for the candidates to do their part of the process.

Negative: The pricing of WorkBright is higher than the other programs but it works.

Summary: Very efficient and easy to look up status of applicants. If they have forms incomplete or rejected I can easily send them a message stating what needs to be completed properly. Would be 5 stars if had more forms in Spanish.

Positive: WorkBright has been a blessing ever since we switched over to using it with our company with our applicants and new hires Onboarding. It's self explanatory.

Negative: Needs more forms in Spanish. I'm not sure if that's on my company or not but only set back for me.

Summary: Good to great. The product is easy to use, one time yearly fee based on the approximate number of candidates we hire. Has an ATS that we aren't utilizing yet.

Positive: Ease of use for a very transient workforce. Phone, tablet or computer.
Ability to reject forms for further completion.

Negative: Need to be able to download all forms at once. One by one is time consuming.

Summary: This product is not too bad, the more I use it the better I get at it. Its seems to be well organized.

Positive: WorkBright is very easy to use, and once I get the rope of the product using it was really very smooth. Navigating the software was easy once I got the hang of it.

Negative: Some feature are hard to find, the feature to delete a member was hard to fine in the system.
