    Summary: Very pleased with this software. I would recommend it to any company. As a small-medium size company, it suits our needs perfectly.

    Positive: Robal has a clean and simple interface. Our team learned how to use it very fast.

    Onboarding is fast and can be done on any device.

    Good price point.

    Negative: No time and attendance right now but was told it is coming soon.

    Summary: The Roballer backpack is the perfect one stop shop. The backpack allows us to quickly assess where the candidate is in the onboarding process. Robal badges also make recruiting easier for the dynamic staffing industry. With endless client requirements, Robal has finally made a way to both customize client requirements while simultaneously categorizing associate skills and qualifications. We are sure to stay on top of I-9 compliance as well.

    Positive: Our employees love being able to fill paperwork out and complete client requirements from their cell phones. I also love the Roballer backpack - it is so easy to utilize. The I-9 compliance features are a must have as well. We are able to remote I-9 and stay compliant with the ever-changing rules and regulations.

    Negative: Right now we integrate Robal with our other software systems (candidate notes, recruiting lists and payroll). We are looking forward to when Robal will be our software platform from start to finish.
