Virtual TimeClock Reviews

OnTheClock helps small and medium-sized businesses simplify employee time tracking, time clocks, scheduling, PTO, and payroll in one connected platform. Built especially for businesses with hourly employees, OnTheClock is designed to be straightforward for everyone who uses it, from workers clocking in to managers reviewing attendance and administrators processing payroll. Employees can record their hours through an online employee time clock on a mobile app, web browser, or shared kiosk. Managers can review and correct timecards, approve hours, monitor attendance and overtime, and organize employees by department or job. GPS tracking, geofencing, biometric fingerprint recognition, and IP address restrictions give businesses options for managing clock-ins at a single location or across multiple job sites. Scheduling and PTO tools let managers create work schedules, handle time-off requests, and track accruals, while employees can see their hours and upcoming shifts. Job and project tracking helps employers understand where labor time goes. OnTheClock's built-in payroll takes approved timecards directly into the payroll workflow, cutting out manual reentry. Businesses can pay hourly and salaried employees through direct deposit, while OnTheClock calculates, files, and pays payroll taxes on the employer's behalf. Companies that want to keep an existing payroll provider can transfer time data using integrations with QuickBooks, ADP, Gusto, Square, Thomson Reuters, Paychex, Sage, and Paylocity. Founded in 2004, OnTheClock serves 16,000 businesses and approximately 160,000 employees. Real U.S.-based customer support is available by phone, live chat, and email.
