Summary: It has been a good experience so far, however it can be improved more. I would enjoy earning more points in the vantage circle app.

Positive: It is the best way to shop. Very easy to redeem rewards, gift cards. Easily accessible in Android and iOS systems.

Negative: The user should be able to customize the amount. Also it should be easy to earn points through vantage which I find difficult. The gift code details should be sent in mobile number instead of only email id. More brands should be included like nykka, spencer, etc.

Summary: Good overall but could be better with navigation and instructions on what does each of the tab does.

Positive: Look and feel is good.

Cashback points when you buy from other platforms are really great.

Inclusion on various platforms for point redemption is great.

Negative: Ease of use.
A little confusing on navigation.
Not sure how to use experiences tab.

Summary: Innovative and user-friendly site. I will definitely recommend this site to my friends and relatives.

Positive: The one and only platform where we can redeem points for various ecommerce sites and provide gift cards.

Negative: Currently the customer has to redeem points from the given drop down. If the site has custom field to enter number of points that can be redeemed, it would be more helpful for its customers.

Summary: Overall experience is good.
There is still scope to improve in the notification of offers and the new offers. Should have offers that are beneficial from other sites.

Positive: Sometimes gives good offers. Offers given are usually beneficial. The vantage points received can be used without much restrictions.

Negative: Not able to know about the offers.
Not able to search the required offers properly.

Summary: I like the app, it has nice features, it also shows the points of colleagues and it also shows the points statement. It has good user experience and great customer service interface.

Positive: I really like how the app has appreciation posts and valuable information available about colleagues.

Negative: None as such, only the fact that the it could also show rankings of each department.

Summary: The overall experience of using Vantage Circle has been really good. I would definitely encourage my peers to use this platform.

Positive: This is one of the best reward programs I have ever used. It has a wide collection of gift cards, online as well as offline gift cards that can be used at many retail store outlets.

Further, it shows the best offers available on different brands. The best part is the easy rewards redemption option. Once you apply for redemption, almost instantaneously the gift card is sent to your email.

The application is user friendly and easy to use.

Negative: Till date, I haven't found anything which I don't like about Vantage Circle. It has almost everything which one would want in an app like this.

Summary: Good experience and ease of use is excellent. Should have an option where we can enter the vantage points we can redeem rather than selecting the preset ones in the app.

Positive: Has all the leading sources where we can redeem the vantage points for except for converting it to cash equivalent.

Negative: Should have an option to select the vantage points that we want to redeem. As of now, we can redeem only like 200, 500, 1000, 2000 etc. What if i want to redeem 4500?

Also, should have an option to redeem it to cash equivalent.

Summary: The overall experience of the website is more on a positive side i would rate 4.2/5 due its simple and sober user interface and its easiness to use.The offers visualisation and the quality of offers is good. The website guides user in very easy steps for next way.

Positive: For Vantage Circle i really liked interface when opened the website first time. User friendly easy to use and most importantly have the correct and important information prior on top. And the way of representation of offers on it is quite appealing for me as a customer. The search box functionality provides the best suited results for me. And the add to cart and final checkout page simple and sober as i expect any website should have no ads gives us a feel like we bought a premium version. Really good and the redemption process of points would not be more easy as it is now.

Negative: As i found on site there are two search button i do not know why so sometimes it gets a little confusing there and when user reads the name below any product listed sometimes the whole information is not visible directly we need open the product and then read if you can provide the information while i hover my mouse icon it would be great.

Summary: The overall experience of using the product is satisfactory. I would continue to use this product in future.

Positive: It is easy to use. I can see that vantage has tie-up with majority of the online shopping vendors and it's easy to convert the points into a gift card.

Negative: When i first used Vantage Circle, I struggled to understand how to convert the points into coupons.

Summary: In overall it's a good app and website with the various options available to the members. The use can be made more better the discounts offered in the website as it is a bit unclear while trying to gain vantage points through purchase.

Positive: Excellent ease of turning points into gift vouchers based on our choice with incredible options in various E-commerce websites.

Negative: Few technical glitches.

Vouchers used might get lapsed sometimes while using in the app.

Summary: Great and smooth experience. Would definitely recommend many people especially in corporate jobs to make use of this website to save money.

Negative: No cons so far. I have been using it for 6 months and faced no issue.
