Summary: Good, have been using it since two years and always is great to generate vouchers. Have not made use of the varieties of brand vouchers available, hoping to do so in future.

Positive: Many ways to make use of the vantage points.
The ecommerce sites vouchers really are helpful.
The process of redeeming is convenient and fast.

Negative: It would be great if the user can enter the exact amount they want to generate the voucher for, rather than in denominations defined in app.

Summary: Very useful and great website I will always recommend this as a great tool for corporate gifting and people can use it very easily.

Positive: Lot of options for getting and using points. You can earn points for shopping online, it has lot of offers. App is very easy to use. and provides various links to offer on Amazon and Flipkart. This is a nice way for corporate gifting.

Negative: Sometimes i feel that there should be more options for other websites. Like big basket, blinkit, zepto and tata cliq and Jio mart are not there. so it will be good if variety of websites can be added.

Summary: My over all experience has been so far good. I have used vantage points to buy coupons and then redeem it later. I do believe it is a good way to give gifts to employees.

Positive: I get discount on products if i need them and it is a good way for Deloitte to give vantage points which can later be converted into coupons.

Negative: The only issue is that sometimes offers are better on other sites like Amazon.

Summary: Overall experience is very good. more than the desktop version, the mobile app is really smooth. for ex- for me to redeem points, it hardly takes 2 minutes and few clicks.

Support system has to improve. Sometimes, we send email to support group and our teams have reported that they don't get timely/appropriate responses.

Positive: Redemption options, wall of fame, value and non-value based recognition, leaderboard that makes it gamified.

Negative: Backend issues where when an award file is loaded, it does not allow any special characters.. not even!

Summary: Overall, I like the ease of use and faced no issues using it for the first time. I had given a CON also which is the only thing I faced

Positive: I really liked the the user interface and ease of use. I faced no issues even when I was using it for the first time.

Negative: More denominations should be present. I wanted to use 3000 points however I had to take two coupons one for 1000 and other for 2000.

Negative: Ease of use is on lower side. I find little difficult to find all the features of the application.

Positive: Solution was given quickly. Satisfied with the response. But it took more than 24 hrs which was more than expected.

Positive: * Very similar functionality and UI to the desktop site so anyone coming from app to site or vice versa, it would be familiar to navigate.
* We can filter by brands and other categories.
* Redeeming gift cards is easy and intuitive.

Negative: * The search functionality is not working properly.
* More WFH/electronic accessories discounts could be added.

Summary: This product has easy access and good features with great pricing. I have used this and found it to be very good. So I cannot think of any Cons. but support can be improved. Overall it's good.

Negative: Till now I did not incur any issue with Vantage Circle, but just one thing I felt was earlier vantage points could be redeemed in amazon pay gift card but now it can only be redeemed in amazon pay shopping voucher. It would be great if amazon pay gift card been provided.
