Positive: All Key players offering voucher exchange in one basket. With this, once is assured of any choice is going to be the preferred one.

Negative: Small denominations in vouchers resulting in time consuming process at the time of purchase. for eg., if one has 10 vouchers of INR 100 denomination and one wishes to exchange this with a gift item of INR 1,100, then we he will end up keying-in 10 times for each voucher.

Summary: Good features and design. The claiming of voucher points is also quick and easy to use. Keep up the good work.

Negative: Sometimes the points are deducted twice so I find difficult to get back those points.

Negative: I think the functionality you have available could be easier to navigate to. I'm not sure if Deloitte limits the functionality, or if we have a simplified version, but I was not aware of a lot of functionality you wanted me to rate.
