Summary: Overall it's a good experience. For however long I have used it, haven't found anything negative yet.

Positive: Good experience the gift cards were sent swiftly. The details for redeeming were concise. All in all good experience.

Negative: Haven't faced any yet. Hopefully will not face in future too.

Summary: Overall experience is good. More importantly the use of the site is very easy. Only thing is there should be a cashback option which will directly put the cash in your bank account.

Positive: Simplicity.

Negative: There is no cashback option which will directly transfer the money in your bank account. If that was the case i would have rated it 5 stars.

Summary: The overall process went well and had a good experience with regards to claiming the voucher and had many options with regards to the buying which are simple and straight forward.

Positive: The software was good and was able to claim the coupons with ease. even though i used it for the first time the process went smoothly.

Negative: While claiming the coupon there was a difficulty as the store operators didn't have much knowledge on how to do it and had to wait for a long time.

Summary: Great app to redeem benefits! Would like to see some improvements to the ease of use and technical aspects.

Positive: Wide options to redeem points. The customer support team is very helpful, they resolved the issue within a day.

Negative: A technical glitch caused my voucher redemption to fail on the first attempt. Can work on preventing such issues.

Process ui wise it's good. Coupons are more usable.

Positive: Offers are good and user interface is also good.
Coupons are well reflecting in UI and portal wise.

Negative: Redemption sometimes takes time.
Renewal experience is a bit of an issue.

Positive: Single stop to use/shop in various e-commerce websites. Offers are good. Voucher redemption is a better option.

Negative: Better to include AJio coupon redemption. Coupon redemption sometime takes times.

The conversation take very long time to reply from your end.

Negative: It would be good if we have some more options to shop on different platforms like AJIO and BIGBASKET. We can't use it more often like daily, if we have options in many apps, it would be really good.

Negative: User log in and unable to sync, customer care is taking too long time to address the concerns of the customer.

Summary: Overall experience of using Vantage portal was good. Lots of options are there to select from with reasonable prices.

Positive: Portal is having lots of options to select from, covering almost all the brands with reasonable prices and user friendly terms and conditions.

Negative: Tracking of my order is something that I really feel can be improved.

Summary: The overall experience was very easy and good. Loved it. As a fresher it gave me the confidence that i will get appreciated and can appreciate people in a good way.

Positive: I got vantage points for the first time and as a fresher it delighted me. Appreciation via email and as well as getting points which can be claimed into vouchers is a good way of creating enthusiasm and interest to do more of what has been done and made me feel special.

Negative: I was able to claim the voucher as soon as i got the points. But i was repeatedly getting emails to claim the points i have.

Summary: Though i have had few hiccups, the experience has been good and easy going. Therefore 4.5 stars to this product

Positive: Easy to use. Can track my points easily. The redemption is also easier. I like the functionality where we get a mail with our manager in CC when somebody wishes us.

Negative: During initial months of 2023, my points just vanished from vantage wallet. After many support mails, i was able to get the points back.
