Negative: Sometimes points deduct and we will not get the items but once we connect with support team, they will fix it early.

It could be more sorted, like once you click a particular app then you get to know so many offers. Rather a filter for all the electronics let's say would be easier to use in the Vantage app.

Positive: Vantage Circle is very complete and easy to use platform. For Reward and recognition program they are very good. all the options it offers are very easy to access and very useful. On their site there's an informative video for first users and it's really clear.

Negative: Vantage Circle offer so many benefits to an end user like me that I can't think of any undesirable feature.

Negative: I literally did not find any cons in this platform but as there is always a chance of improvement, dashboard experience i.e. UI can be tweaked a little bit to look more attractive and ease the user.

Positive: Its always nice to get recognition for your efforts. But if its in terms of Vantage points which can be utilized for shopping, gives a different meaning to your recognition altogether. You can get vouchers/gift cards for variety of products/platforms. In addition, For every purchase made through vantage circle you will get vantage points in your wallet.

Negative: For certain discounted products, there was no price difference whether you directly go to product website or through Vantage Circle.
