    Summary: Overall the app is doing good. Few minor bugs, issues with brands etc. can be fixed.

    One feedback - Let people see the no. of tickets raised in the app and their statuses. This is mandatory when you deal with tickets, at least the user should know the no. of the tickets raised by him along with their statuses.

    Positive: I must say the idea is really good, rewarding the ones purchasing items through you. The ticket raising mechanism is so smooth and good.
    The tie up with different Product based firms and startups is really commendable. You guys are definitely addressing a problem of FOMO when it comes to purchasing the items as you guys urge us the shop more indirectly because of the points from the purchase we seek!

    Negative: The overall tracking can be done through invoice instead of Dispatch Dates. Additionally the whole method can be eased and can be made technically more advanced for avoiding miss of tracking of few purchases from the users..

    The delay in crediting the points. That time can be reduced to couple of days from 15-20days now.

    Earlier I used to get the tracking SMS but now I do not get any message, even though my purchase is tracked.
