Summary: Overall experience was good!

Positive: Easy to redeem.

Negative: Limited options to redeem. Retail outlets like Croma, Reliance Digital, etc to be added to list.

Summary: Overall, very satisfied with the options and easy redemption. Just need to add more options such as Reliance Digital or Bajaj, etc.

Positive: Wide variety of option to redeem points and also easy to redeem. You can also redeem points on Amazon, Flipkart, etc.

Negative: At times you are left with some change you cannot redeem, you can only redeem in 100s in most cases.

Summary: It's good to see the service. Just want to improve in mailing the voucher. Different vouchers are good, as I am able to choose from 100s of services.

Positive: When I redeemed the points, the voucher was send within few minutes which I like the most. It's a good service.

Negative: When the voucher is send it shows in other mail and not directly in the mail.

Summary: The experience so far has been good and looking forward for an enriching customer experience. The offerings are elaborate and gives a lot of choices to customers to choose from.

Positive: The ease at which the interface helps in enhancing a customers engagement on the site is commendable.

Negative: Nothing as of now. It has been quite user friendly.

Summary: Over all experience is happy with credit points.

Required additional support when ever we face any issues in app or program maintained from your end.

Positive: Vantage points are very useful based on work for the purpose of appreciation.

Based on vantage points we will boost ourself to work hard and to get appreciation from another person.

Negative: It is seen that in few cases vintage points redemption is not proper.

Summary: Experience is great. But the mentioned cons you should work. Otherwise, it is really great experience.

Positive: The pros are that due to some technical issue my converted points didn't receive my voucher. But after reaching to the team on the spot i got my points back to my profile.

Negative: After knowing that there are some technical glitches then why you have waited me to mail you and you respond.

Summary: I have been using this rewards platform for over the year and i have been greatly satisfied with the offered services. Also, user interface is easy to use with clear & concise instructions.

Positive: Employee-Friendly Interface.

Negative: In my opinion, more product categories can be added here.

Summary: It is very good place to use and get ourselves good deals for our use.
Just need to add few more stores.

Summary: Overall the app is doing good. Few minor bugs, issues with brands etc. can be fixed.

One feedback - Let people see the no. of tickets raised in the app and their statuses. This is mandatory when you deal with tickets, at least the user should know the no. of the tickets raised by him along with their statuses.

Positive: I must say the idea is really good, rewarding the ones purchasing items through you. The ticket raising mechanism is so smooth and good.
The tie up with different Product based firms and startups is really commendable. You guys are definitely addressing a problem of FOMO when it comes to purchasing the items as you guys urge us the shop more indirectly because of the points from the purchase we seek!

Negative: The overall tracking can be done through invoice instead of Dispatch Dates. Additionally the whole method can be eased and can be made technically more advanced for avoiding miss of tracking of few purchases from the users..

The delay in crediting the points. That time can be reduced to couple of days from 15-20days now.

Earlier I used to get the tracking SMS but now I do not get any message, even though my purchase is tracked.

Summary: There are many platforms available to redeem the points, so it is very easy and practically good.

Positive: It's easy to use.

Negative: It could have been easier if we would be able to convert points into cash.

Summary: Overall good.

Positive: Easy to locate offer.
Also having multiple option for choosing the same.
All major brands are available.

Negative: Need to include local store offer,so that same can be useful.
