Summary: Works well, easy to use and set up was quick. Worked on our site first try. A nice extra way to convert leads. We've got a lot of messages in within the first week of using it!

Summary: A good, easy and save choice. I was really surprised how easy it was to setup an administrate Userlike. Our customers love also the chat system.
Positive: We went from another chat system cause of a data protection problem with the old one. Userlike is very good for german customers, because they respect all the rules.
The setup is really easy, also to setup WhatsApp business. If you have questions, you can chat with Userlike and they will help you.Negative: The communication with Zendesk to forward tickets can be a bit better. If you forward a ticket automatically to Zendesk, the chat will be still open in Userlike and you have to close it in Userlike also, after you solve the ticket in Zendesk.

Summary: It's hard to speak for bigger organizations, as ours is <5 employees; but overall we enjoy using UserLike and it's been fruitful since we integrated it to our website too.
Positive: Being able to oversee all messaging channels from one place is great. Setting up auto responds was easy too.
Negative: At first, we had some trouble regarding page speed, but it's much better now with some tweaking.

Summary: Very good. We are evaluating this product to roll out to multiple sites. The ability to install a trial version is a good idea.
Positive: Just testing at the moment, but so far the admin interface is very slick and easy to use. The tutorials and help guides are a nice touch.
Negative: I will be testing further to gain more experience, but no negatives so far.
