Summary: I would recommend the chat for everyone who wants a quick and easy to use chat for a Website.
Positive: The installation on the WordPress site was really quickly, so that we were able to use the chat in a couple of minutes.
Negative: There is so much to customize (which is good) but it took a bit of time to find out in which menu one specific phrase (in the Chat) was to find.

Summary: My customers can also reach me outside of normal office hours via chat. Here, questions or requests can be clarified simply and via short official channels. I am very glad that I chose the chat tool.

Summary: Overall a really nice experience until now although have been using it only a couple of weeks. Need to learn how to set up some advanced features to be able to use it as desired.

Summary: Being a fairly new site I have not had the opportunity to fully test the chat but overall it seems to me a good product, very customizable and useful.
Positive: An intuitive system, easy to use both on the customer side and on the programmer side, I have not yet had the need to contact assistance.
Negative: There is no app that can be installed and opened by the operators assigned to answer, but the possibility of creating different profiles for each response operator is very useful.

Summary: JUST PERFECT, i haven't come across another live chat app better than Userlike, how to link WhatsApp and more just can task for more.
Positive: Its smooth and easy to apply on websites and it is easy to effect changes to it, customise colors and more.

Summary: A very pleasant installation and customization experience. We work in an environment that has grave security concerns so it was great to learn about the Userlike focus on IT and cloud security.
Positive: Easy to set up, very comfortable in the way to customize the interface. Even in the basic tiers, there is a fully rounded functionality for client/corporate communication, which extends into a 360° communication suite for medium to large scale companies on later tiers.
Negative: The nomenclature of the dashboard is slightly confusing at the beginning (which is cured by the videos and other information resources).
