It supports Logic and branching, which is great add-on. It supports Multiple choice question, Drop-down, File upload, Star Rating and may more. It offers piping feature, which is very great feature of personalization for your existing customers. Piping allows you to greet your customers with their name it works great for existing customer base.

Positive: Typeform is a great tool to create visually attractive surveys and forms. It offers it own royalty free repository of images which you can used in any survey/forms creation on Typeform. It is a comprehensive tool which can be easily integrated with many leading third party tools as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Trello and many more. It has pre built template of surveys and forms, which can be edited and launched in no time.

It's just really hard to scale and grow with Typeform due to the pricing.

Positive: Typeform is extremely easy to use and get setup.
Typeform also provides extremely useful functionality for taking user responses like media, dynamic questions and more.

Negative: Pricing, very, very expensive to use, it's a much better alternative than Google forms, but can get very pricey for larger teams.
